Is it legal for the company to charge training fees for interns?
Article 9 of the Labor Contract Law clearly stipulates: "The employing unit shall not detain the employee's resident identity card and other documents, and shall not require the employee to provide a guarantee or collect property from the employee in other names." Therefore, it is illegal for the company to charge in the name of "training fee", which should be returned to you whether you resign or not.

If the company refuses to return it, you can apply to the Labor Dispute Arbitration Committee for arbitration within one year of this dispute.
