Which of the following contents should be included in the safety training of the main person in charge of industrial, mining, commercial and business production and business operation units:

Production safety education and training of industrial, mining, commercial and business production and business units includes three categories, namely, the training of principal responsible persons and production safety management personnel; Training of special operators; Training for other employees.

Training of person in charge and safety production management personnel

The safety qualification training of the main persons in charge and safety production management personnel of coal mines, non-coal mines, dangerous chemicals, fireworks and firecrackers and other production and business units must be conducted by a safety training institution with corresponding qualifications recognized by the safety supervision department. After passing the examination by the safety supervision department, the safety qualification certificate shall be issued by the safety supervision department.

The main persons in charge of other production and business units and the persons responsible for production safety have passed the training by training institutions with corresponding qualifications recognized by the safety supervision department, and the training institutions will issue corresponding training certificates.

The main person in charge of the production and business operation entity and the safety production management personnel shall receive annual retraining.

Training of special operators

Special operations personnel are divided into two categories. One kind is the special operators who have been trained by the safety training institutions with corresponding qualifications recognized by the safety supervision department, and issued the special operation certificate after passing the examination by the safety supervision department, including electrician operation, welding and hot cutting operation, aerial work, refrigeration and air conditioning operation, coal mine safety operation, metal and nonmetal mine safety operation, etc.

The second category is the special operators who have been trained by the safety training institutions with corresponding qualifications recognized by the quality supervision department, and who have passed the examination by the quality supervision department and issued the certificate of special operators, including the operators of boilers, pressure vessels, elevators, lifting machinery, passenger ropeways, large amusement facilities and special motor vehicles in the field (factory).

Safety training for other employees

1, training type

New employee training: On-the-job employee training: training for employees who have changed jobs or left their posts for more than one year.

2. Training time

The pre-job training time for new employees of production and business units shall not be less than 24 hours. The safety training time for new employees in coal mines, non-coal mines, dangerous chemicals, fireworks and other production and business units shall not be less than 72 hours.
