I think improving the training ability and function of backbone teachers should be carried out from the following aspects: First, actively participate in various learning activities. The ancients said: learning without thinking is useless, and thinking without learning is dangerous. Teachers and scholars also. As a backbone teacher, we should first read more books, turn reading and thinking into a habit and a fashion, and be a teacher with basic skills. As the saying goes, students want a glass of water and teachers want a bucket of water. Therefore, as backbone teachers, they should actively study, constantly expand their knowledge, improve their cultural literacy and absorb advanced educational theories to improve their education and teaching level.
