China Resources University was founded in June 2065 12, 17. The school which belongs to China Resources Company and trains internal staff has no school rating. Two campuses, Baiyangdian, Hebei and Huizhou, Guangdong, aim to train middle and junior key employees.

First, the college setting.

There are ten professional colleges: Wanjia, Snowflake Beer, Electric Power, Land Acquisition, Cement, Gas, Medicine, Finance, Health and Medical Care. After more than five years' development, a hierarchical and classified education and training system covering senior managers, key positions in middle and primary levels and new employees of recent college graduates has been initially established.

Second, the training object

The training objectives include "four levels and three categories" talents. "Level 4" refers to industry leaders, key positions, professionals and young reserve talents, including key positions of the Group and key positions of the profit center, excluding managers directly under the Group; There are three types: innovative talents, international talents and capital management talents. Among them, the focus is on the group's direct managers, strategic business units and first-class profit centers.
