There is no designated training institution for the interview exam in Selected Graduates, Henan Province, but we have interview questions and answers over the years.

At the beginning of May, the written test results were published in Henan Personnel Examination Network, Henan Education Department, Henan Graduate Employment Information Network and Dahe.com. On May 17- 18, interviews and physical examinations were organized in cities under provincial jurisdiction and counties (cities) directly under provincial administration.

The eight elements of interview evaluation include: comprehensive analysis ability, oral expression ability, planning, organization, coordination ability, adaptability, self-emotional control, interpersonal cooperation consciousness and skills, matching degree between job-seeking motivation and proposed position, and demeanor.

The interview training course for Chinese public education includes regular day classes, closed classes with accommodation and agreement classes.
