Therefore, strengthening teaching and research and carrying out teaching and research activities in depth have become the foundation of our garden and the way to revitalize it. Now I would like to communicate with you on some preliminary attempts in teaching and research activities in our park. First, the establishment and improvement of teaching and research network teaching and research group is the basic organizational unit to carry out teaching and research activities, and the establishment of teaching and research group is the basis to carry out teaching and research activities. Under the unified leadership of the business director, the kindergarten has established the following teaching and research groups: there are grade teaching and research groups grouped by age classes. Such as large class age group, middle class age group and small class age group; There are morning class teaching and research groups and afternoon class teaching and research groups grouped according to teachers' shifts; There is also a research group whose main purpose is to study a certain topic. Such grouping, flexible combination, clear theme of teaching and research activities and convenient time arrangement have promoted the smooth development of various teaching and research activities. When establishing teaching and research groups, we follow two principles: 1 and the principle of everyone's participation. Every teacher has the right to participate in the activities of the corresponding teaching and research group. 2, the principle of reasonable combination. The construction of teaching and research system is the guarantee to effectively carry out teaching and research activities. On the basis of democratic consultation, kindergartens clearly stipulate the following systems: (1) learning system. Arrange teachers to go out to study every semester; Targeted personal training and study abroad; Regularly organize teachers in the whole park to study educational theories and policies, and invite experts to teach according to the topic. Our garden also carries out the mentoring system, so that young teachers and inexperienced teachers can learn from experienced and capable teachers. Apprentices can often go to the master for lectures and studies, and the master often goes to the apprentice for lectures and guidance. This form is very flexible and convenient, and young teachers grow up quickly. 5. Observation activities of foreign teaching and research activities. Our garden is an A-level demonstration kindergarten in the city. Often declare and undertake some teaching and research activities in cities and districts, so that teachers can also participate in observation, study and discussion. Our park not only makes full use of the existing teaching and research networks in provinces, cities and districts, but also organizes teachers to actively participate in teaching and research activities at all levels to improve their learning. It also adopts the way of inviting in and out to learn from the demonstration park with an open mind and exchange experiences. In the kindergarten, there is also a special reference room, and there is a special person to collect and sort out the information about preschool education, creating good conditions and environment for teaching and research work. In addition, the kindergarten also ordered various newspapers and magazines such as early education and preschool education for each teacher. Each teacher is also equipped with a computer. Fourth, give support in financial, material and human resources. In 2004, Orff's kindergarten education thought and practice was approved by the provincial government. In order to ensure the smooth development of the project, our park has given strong financial support. Four teachers trained in Beijing for nearly a month, invited experts to guide them, held special seminars and bought a batch of orff instruments. The kindergarten also bought multimedia, video cameras, digital cameras, televisions, computers and other modern teaching equipment for each class, which required a lot of capital investment. In addition, when teaching and research activities are carried out, the leaders of the park arrange personnel to be replaced in time to ensure that teachers can participate in teaching and research activities normally. In our garden, from the selection and training of the teaching and research team leader to the growth and progress of every ordinary teacher, all the efforts of the garden leaders have been injected. On the other hand, leaders often participate in teaching and research activities, from planning to implementation, from inspection to feedback, from summary to assessment, with in-depth understanding and personal guidance. Because the selection of teaching and research group leader directly affects the quality of teaching and research group activities. The second is to cultivate people through various forms and channels. For example, the activities of "passing, helping and bringing" are all carried out in the same teaching and research group. By adopting the form of team worship, young teachers can learn from experienced teachers, help them improve their education and teaching level as soon as possible, and help them improve their professional level. Another example is to encourage teachers to participate in higher-level business studies. The professional level of teachers in our garden has been improved by leaps and bounds. More than 40% of the teachers have college degrees. Last year, two teachers graduated by correspondence. Many teachers are taking part in undergraduate study. In addition, teachers are constantly organized to visit and study abroad to broaden their horizons. All these have fully mobilized the enthusiasm of teachers and provided excellent human resources guarantee for the development of teaching and research activities. With the efforts of all kindergarten teachers, the educational research in kindergartens has shown great vitality and achieved fruitful results. Since 2002, 40 teachers have won the provincial, municipal and district first, second and third prizes. The municipal project "Research on the Integration of Kindergarten Community Education Resources" won the prize in the project evaluation of the Municipal Education Institute. Another topic, The Practical Research of Orff's Music Education Thought in Kindergarten, was approved by the Provincial Institute of Teaching and Research.
