How to apply for Shanghai Employment and Entrepreneurship Certificate?
Shanghai Employment and Entrepreneurship Certificate Handling Process;

1. Download the Shanghai Employment and Entrepreneurship Certificate Application Form from the website of Shanghai Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, fill it out completely and affix the official seal or personal signature of the company.

2. Provide identity certificate, residence certificate, education certificate, vocational skill certificate and other related materials.

3. Submit the application form and related materials to the county human resources and social security bureau, and obtain the employment and entrepreneurship certificate after passing the examination.

Conditions to be met in applying for employment and entrepreneurship certificate

1, age 18, with full capacity for civil conduct;

2. Have a permanent residence in Shanghai, or have a legal and stable proof of residence, work and study in Shanghai;

3. Have the willingness to find employment or start a business, and be able to receive relevant training and guidance.

Generally speaking, the employment and entrepreneurship certificate can be handled at the general community affairs acceptance center. If the community does not accept it, it can go to the human resources and social security service center in the town where the employer is located.

Article 7

When employing female employees, the employer shall not stipulate in the labor contract the contents of restricting the marriage and childbearing of female employees.

Article 28

Workers of all ethnic groups enjoy equal labor rights. When employing personnel, the employing unit shall give appropriate care to minority workers according to law.
