Director Yu Xiaodong's Three Key Elements of School Teachers' High-quality Project Research, Professor Fang Zhanhua's Classroom Revolution: Learning as the Center, Teacher Ye's Completion and Achievement Requirements of Teacher Education Project, Director Lu Zhenjin's Concrete Implementation of Scientific Research Project and four lectures gave me a comprehensive understanding of the project for the first time.

As a front-line teacher, the problems and difficulties encountered in teaching practice and educating students can be the topic of our topic, that is, finding problems from situations.
The second point of thinking: Is every topic worth studying? For example, in the topic of classroom questioning, there is a phenomenon of asking questions for the sake of asking questions and asking students to answer immediately. Is such a question necessary? What we should think about is the content, timing, frequency and way of asking questions. Therefore, it is worth studying what is an effective problem.

Then, hold a meeting of the members of the research group to explain the research content and operation steps, so that members can clearly understand their needs and carry out the research accurately.
In the process of research promotion, we should do four "contingencies": constantly implementing research plans, constantly observing research objects, constantly collecting and analyzing research materials, and constantly reflecting on research activities-describing the changes of research objects in real time and forming an understanding of scientific facts.
? Just like the topic selection, we should also do a good job in information retrieval in the process of research promotion, and learn about the progress of peer research through information retrieval to find the best research strategies and methods.
Third, good finishing.
In the summary stage of the project, how to sort out a large number of process data is also a great knowledge. Director Yu Xiaodong's rational thinking-looking for highlights-setting topics-grasping elements-building a framework is the best way for us to find topics. Lu Chu's five strategies of learning materials refine the main points of learning materials through the analysis of the internal laws of things, and also give me a general understanding of the methods of inductive problems.
In the lecture, several experts suggested that we should not forget to study, read educational psychology, and understand the growth law and psychological law of students; Read the teaching theory of curriculum, and master the teaching theory and proper nouns (that is, the jargon of educational research); Read the literature in the field of subject research, and highlight the research results and values.
? Through this training, I reviewed my topic again. Compared with my own ideas and later arrangements, the topic still needs to be adjusted, the content is not sufficient and the operation method is simple. Next, I will lead a good research group, strengthen my study, give full play to my brain's advantages, push forward the research solidly, and reflect on the gains and shortcomings of the research in time. The ups and downs are all nutrients, and success and failure are all gains.
