Xichangjie Community is located on the west side of Nanyuan Street, at the junction of urban and rural areas, at the junction of Xixinhua Community in the east, outside the north wall of Nanyuan Airport in the south, Nanyuan Middle School in the west and Dabaozi in the north. The area is 0.2 1 km2. It's a bungalow community. There are 1 troops, 1 state-owned economic organizations, 28 legal person non-public economic organizations and 72 individual economic organizations in the community.

Xichangjie Community was established in May, 2002, consisting of three main streets and fifteen hutongs. There are six committees in the community, the residents' representative meeting, the consultative committee and eight community cadres. The community office area is 258 square meters, and the area of "Starlight Project" is 1000 square meters. There are 3 buildings, 8 units 1 bungalow, 1.078 households, with 2,576 people and 682 floating population. The community manages 66 party member, 2 military workers and more than 65,438,000 party member volunteers and other women volunteers.

The environment in the residential area is clean and beautiful, and the green area is over 60%. There is a 100 meter popular science corridor, a popular science computer training center, a community health service station and a 1 national fitness equipment venue in the hospital to provide services for residents. The community signed a resource sharing agreement with the 95989 troops and the Christian church; Unit 95989 has a reading room and a multi-function hall, and the Christian church has a fitness center.

There are seven bus lines, including 353, 343, 13, 6 10, American Express 1 5, Ma Bei Road 343, 957 Express1724, which lead to all directions of the city.

In 2004, Xichang Street Community was awarded as the Advanced Community Culture Room in Fengtai District.

There are tourist attractions such as Lugou Bridge, Beijing World Park, World Flower Grand View Garden, China People's War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression Memorial Hall and Beijing Automobile Museum near Xichang Street Community. Changxindian has white jujube, Fengtai has peony, Caoqiao has chrysanthemum, Taiziyu has jujube and Beijing embroidery.
