According to the instruction of Secretary Zhao Yong, Tangshan Construction Bureau signed a letter of intent for energy-saving technology training with German construction company, and the delegation of Tangshan Municipal People's Government will go to Germany to participate in building energy-saving technology training. The basic requirements are hereby notified as follows:

1. Tangshan officials in charge of building energy efficiency training tasks, tentatively 13.

2. The training task for engineering managers and skilled workers is tentatively set at 30 people (including 10 project managers and 20 skilled workers).
