Jiangxi Institute of Applied Science and Technology is located in Nanchang, a famous historical and cultural city in Jiangxi Province. It is a full-time application-oriented undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education, and has the qualification to independently issue the national higher education diploma. Established in 1984.
The school consists of: College of Artificial Intelligence, College of Software and Blockchain, College of Intelligent Manufacturing Engineering, College of Architecture and Engineering, International Business School (Alibaba College of Mathematics and Trade), College of Finance and Economics, College of Modern Management, College of Art and Design, Conservatory of Music, College of Education and Physical Education, College of Marxism, Guanghua Gem College (to be built) and College of Continuing Education. And "three-way education" research center, regional economic research center, system science research center, responsibility dynamics research center, software development research center, preschool education research center, art education research center, basic education research center and Industry-University-Research development center.
The school is market-oriented and provides comprehensive and diverse practical courses. A number of on-campus training centers and off-campus training bases have been built, including artificial intelligence, communication, software development, architecture, electromechanical, robotics, 3D printing, finance, Internet of Things, auto repair, art education and music. We have established good cooperative relations with well-known domestic enterprises such as Alibaba, Huawei, ZTE, Dana and UFIDA, and opened more than 70 majors. School-enterprise cooperation has reached more than 80%, and there are nearly 100 vocational training programs. It is the pioneer and vanguard of the "1+X" certificate system reform in school-enterprise cooperation personnel training and vocational education.
