Revealing the secrets and practicing the law, each focusing on the four boundless minds, if no one is willing to do it, they will eventually go astray. If a husband wants to do a good job, he must sharpen his tools first. We are obsessed with the external six dusts, chasing the false and confusing the true, and drifting with the tide. In the Shurangama Sutra, we are called six thieves, like a cloud: "Today, eyes, ears, nose and tongue are related to body and mind. Sixth, the thief media robbed the family treasure. Therefore, there is no beginning, and the world of all beings is bound and bound, so it cannot surpass the world. " Today, if you want to rely on the power of meditation to return to the truth, it should be like a secular thing, only with tools. Repair tools, don't wait for external demand, that is, my six roots are also. No matter what your eyes, ears, nose and tongue bring, as long as you are close to your heart and become more and more proficient, you can get the initial stop. But each kind of dust can produce many different methods, which is difficult to analyze; There are 84,000 troubles between the Buddha's words and thoughts, so the cloud says, "The Buddha says all kinds of methods, but I don't have all kinds of hearts. How can I use all kinds of methods?" Today's revised entry method is also based on our roots, choose one and change the rest. Try to list what a few familiar people said, but if it is extensive, you should learn all kinds of classics (the twenty-five Bodhisattvas in the Leng Yan Classic have been listed many times).
First, practice blinking.
Acceptance is divided into two categories: it is because of things and the relationship is bright. For objects with edges, if they are laid flat in a visible place, or statues of buddhas and bodhisattvas, or any other objects, a little light is appropriate, and the choice of light color must also conform to the individual's psychology and physiology. For example: people who are nervous or have cerebral congestion, use the green light; Neurasthenia with red light; For people with bad temper, use cyan to soften the light body. It all depends on the actual situation. If you can't hold back the mud, you can choose one, just don't change it. If you change from time to time, you will be very tired.
Those that are necessarily bright, such as a small lamp (limited to a clear oil lamp), or incense sticks, moonlight stars, etc. (Hypnotists use mercury crystal ball lights), which is considered as a class; However, it is appropriate to use light for sight. In addition, if you look at vanity, or the natural light color in the air, or the light color of mirrors, or water, fire and other things, you can also accept this. Just looking at the shape in the mirror, Zhi is skilled, but he is not interested in reason, which will lead to distraction. Fortunately, don't take it lightly.
If the law, internal and external all common. In Buddhism, the first thing to know is that all rights are set, just to facilitate you to get started. If persistence is true, it means that you are out of the devil, because the heart can't stop at an edge, and this edge is used to stop it. In the process of modification, various situations will occur. In the light and color environment, it is easy to have illusions, or easy to see, which is a dangerous road. However, if you have a sharp weapon, you will never leave. If you suddenly realize in the world of sex dust, you will be arrested. If you see a star or catch a glimpse of something, you can see nature. It's strange that Zen master Gu Lingyun realized the Tao when he saw the peach blossom. After enlightenment, a monk said, "I have been looking for swordsmen for thirty years, but I fell behind and pulled out a branch." I have never doubted the peach blossom since I saw it. "Later, the sage followed in his footsteps and praised:" The spirits don't meet, and the red and white branches don't bloom. I am tolerant of fishing boats, but I came to the flat to lick fish and shrimp. "If so, it is beyond the scope of the secondary law.
Second, the otoacoustic method
There are probably two kinds: internal and external. Inside, they make their own voices, such as chanting Buddha and various scriptures; This complex is divided into three parts: reading aloud, reading aloud in a low voice (called King Kong reading aloud) and reading aloud from the heart (called yoga reading aloud). When you read the sound, you can hear it with your ears. At first it was read aloud, and then it was gradually collected. After all, I concentrated on reading it. This is the beginning of my mind. Outside, any kind of sound is ok, but it is best to use running water, waterfalls, wind chimes, Sanskrit singing and other sounds. All sounds are easy to identify. Of the 25 Bodhisattvas in the Shurangama Sutra, Guanyin is the most important one. Therefore, they said, "This shore is really religious, and its purity lies in the sound and smell." When I am single-minded, I don't sink or disperse. I have made up my mind, and I am persistent, and suddenly I am silent and can't hear anything. This is an image of a static pole. Before the appearance of phasing, it is called "static knot" and cannot be greedy. When we leave the static and dynamic phases, we can't be far away, we can know the middle way, and we know that we are not born, then we enter the realm of Guan Hui from the fixed phase. Wisdom and sense of smell, without exercise and not often, the body is lifeless. However, this is still the second gradual method. If the goodness of Zen does not go through the stairs, it will be clear in one sentence, and the people who have epiphany, sound removal and image forgetting are the most. Therefore, those who enter the Tao through Zen are all called the Guanyin method. For example, at Baizhanghui, a monk heard the bell and realized, and Baizhang said, "How handsome! This is the gate of Guanyin's entry into the Tao. " He struck the bamboo like incense, and realized the sound when he saw the pheasant flying, or as the five ancestors played, "The incense came from the south, and the temple corner was slightly cold." Another example is the erotic poems of the Tang Dynasty, which say, "Call Xiaoyu frequently, as long as Tan Lang recognizes the voice", etc., all of which are proved in words, and the big domain will win! There are many people who practice their ears in the world. In the dynamic and static phases, they know that the dead are not born, and there are also many. Even if it has nothing to do with the outside voice, it can become silent and calm; Who knows that before the appearance of phasing, it is still a static state, and it is impossible to have self-awareness. It's all about static and dynamic phases, or it's external. If you can surpass this, you can start.
Third, the nasal breathing method
Unified category, that is, marginal qi; Then just breathe, just one breath. All the methods of repairing qi and pulse, practicing various qigong methods, such as counting breath with great interest, are taken here; There are two secret rooms on the rooftop, which is particularly important. The highest rule is that the heart is closely related to interests. Anyone who thinks too much and has distracting thoughts is easy to see the effect and has already stopped. It can be seen that the heart is interdependent. Thought is not born of fate, breath is used with thought. Qi is silent and quiet. However, both of them are used for natural functions, not for Tao. Taoism has a saying that qi (qi or qi) is dispersed into qi, and qi is formed by gathering. Generally speaking, as an outsider, we don't think so because we are obsessed with things and don't know how to use them properly and how to use them inside and outside. If you are conscious, you can use your works more and more, you can use your heart with peace of mind, then you can return to Yuan, and everything will be right.
Fourth, touch the law.
This can be divided into broad and narrow categories: in a broad sense, all the methods mentioned above are based on the body, and if I don't have a body, what are the six? In a narrow sense, for example, concentrated in one place, such as forehead, head, navel, feet, tail, perineum and so on. Or meditate, or nourish qi, cultivate qi, cultivate pulse, etc. And control it here. According to the different body, it is easy to see that the hand, touch, cool and warm, soft, smooth and delicate. People who insist on this point often see that the depth of Tao power is determined by the phenomenon of qi pulse, and eventually they fall into the phase of man, me, all beings and immortality. Tantric Taoism is easy to enter here, but it is not easy to get rid of it. Seeing the unforgettable body, Master Huang Berberis sighed and tasted it. "Jue Yuan Jing" said: "I mistakenly thought that the four major ones were my phase, and the six shadows were my phase." The same is true of ignorance in ancient and modern times, so Yongjia said, "Don't catch the big four, peck without saying a word." Or: How can merits be inferior to saints? It's convenient to take a vacation to fix the truth. Isn't this the gateway to Germany? Yue: It's ok to know this, so as not to be confused and unable to extricate yourself! Laozi said, "I have a big patient because I have a body!" " "What a wonderful speech! Knowing Zen and virtue, those who are full of words and feelings believe.
Fifth, the method of consciousness.
As wide as 84,000, it is roughly the same as "Hundred Laws". If you come up with various methods, although there are five dust realms, the five senses are opposite and the five senses are dominated by consciousness, such as puppets coming to the stage and being tied by strings. Consciousness is the main force that dominates all lines, and the heart king is the protagonist that dominates lines. All dharmas are born of the heart. Therefore, all practices are created by consciousness. It only refers to the consciousness of self, which is strong as the norm, so the methods of observing the mind, stopping the view and participating in meditation are all taken by this door. The so-called mind-watching, at the beginning of introduction, does not refer to the concrete sincerity, but refers to the false knowledge of the birth and death of ideas; Sit still and watch the heart, only see the light inward, find this birth and death, and trace it back, and the flow of birth and death will be interrupted. The former thought has been extinguished, and the latter thought has not been pursued, born, not led, and empty; It's like a fragrant elephant crossing a river and cutting off many streams. When it comes to this place, it is the end of "luxury Mota". However, it's not yet. It's still living in the air, not the end. When the body view has its own space, space has its own position, and life and death are the application of truth. Really like a life and death body, not living on both sides, but seeing the middle way, not standing in the middle, seeing it, is a wise point of view. From this, we can not look at the cause of double luck, but gain the fruit of wisdom and others, and make down-to-earth progress, which can prove the perfection of Bodhi. The study of Tiantai and the theory of Bodhi Daoju written by Tibetan Buddhism can be seen in the middle view. As for meditation, the early Zen Buddhism did not legislate to show people, and its words and deeds were inaccurate and its reputation was ruined. What if future generations took part in meditation, talked, became suspicious and worked hard instead of consciously? Only people who get started with consciousness, but are different from others, that is, people who doubt the usefulness of feelings. The so-called doubt: it is not like observing the mind and learning wisdom, nor is it doubt taken by all methods. Doubt and love, the eighth Araya's original knowledge, innate quality; This heart, in harmony with each other, is one. If something is across your chest and you can't pull it out, it's when you touch something and it suddenly breaks. Therefore, it is said that "light shines alone, dust is removed" and "everything is illusory". If "the last sentence starts with prison, cuts off its essentials and blocks all saints", it is stepping on "Pilu" and throwing it to the shore of "Yin Wei", so it is difficult to think about the word, so it is put forward after careful consideration!
