10. 1 ~ 2 turns of manual rotation should be flexible, without jamming and abnormal phenomena.

Fourth, the operation sequence

Article 10 The main ventilator normally operates in the following order:

1. Start-up: after receiving the command to start the main ventilator, check whether each damper is in the correct state, operate the starting equipment, start the fan motor, complete the motor start-up, slowly open the damper leading to the underground, make each damper in the normal ventilation state, complete the fan start-up, and report to the mine dispatching or relevant departments.

2. Stop: after receiving the stop command → power off and stop → the fan motor stops running, and the relevant air doors are operated according to regulations → report to the mine dispatching or relevant departments.

Verbs (short for verb) operate normally.

1 1 to start operation:

1. Open and close the damper correctly. The axial flow fan should be started by opening the air door, and the air inlet door leading to the underground should be closed. At the same time, the air inlet door on the ground should be opened and supported firmly to prevent it from closing automatically when the ground wind is sucked.

2. The centrifugal fan can only be started by closing the air door, that is, the air door leading to the underground and the ground air inlet are closed.

3. When automatic and semi-automatic starting devices of magnetic stations are used, they should be operated according to the design instructions.

4. When starting the wound asynchronous motor manually with rheostat, the motor slip ring handle should be in the starting position, all resistors should be connected, and the starter handle should be in the "stop" position. When the starting current begins to fall back, gradually pull the handle and slowly remove the resistor until it is completely removed, the rotor is short-circuited and the motor enters the normal speed operation state.

5. When the squirrel-cage asynchronous motor is started with a reactor, the motor stator should be connected with all reactances before starting. After starting, when the starting current drops, all reactances should be removed manually (or automatically) immediately to make the motor run normally.

6. After asynchronous starting of synchronous motor, the excitation should be synchronized in time, which should not be too early. When the excitation regulation is excessive, the DC voltage and current should conform to the working curve of the excitation device used. The synchronous motor is allowed to start twice continuously. If the third startup is needed, it is necessary to find out the causes of the first two failures and the equipment status before deciding whether to start.

Article 12. After the ventilator is started, the air door operates:

1. axial fan: open the air door leading to the underground and close the ground air inlet door at the same time.

2. Centrifugal ventilator: Open the air door leading to the underground.

Article 13. Normal shutdown operation of main ventilator:

1. Received the shutdown order from the supervisor.

2. The power is out.

3. According to the stop command, decide whether to start the standby fan. If it is necessary to start the standby fan, it should be carried out according to the above normal operation requirements.

4. When the standby fan is not turned on, the wellhead explosion-proof door and related air doors should be opened to make full use of natural ventilation.

Article 14. The main ventilator should be checked in class:

1. The patrol inspection time is usually once every hour.

2. The main contents of the patrol inspection are:

(1) All rotating parts shall be free from abnormal sound and vibration;

(2) The bearing temperature shall not exceed the limit;

(3) The temperature rise of the motor shall not exceed the specified requirements;

(4) the instrument indicates normal;

(5) The motor current shall not exceed the rated value, and overload is strictly prohibited;

(6) The voltage should meet the requirements of the normal operation of the motor, otherwise it should be reported to the technical personnel in charge of the mine to decide whether to continue running.

3. Pay attention to check the negative pressure change at any time, and report to the mine dispatching department in time if any abnormal situation is found.

4. The problems found in the patrol inspection and the treatment process must be filled in the running log in time.

Article 15. Daily maintenance contents of main ventilator drivers:

1. Bearing lubrication:

(1) The sliding bearing should be replaced regularly according to the specified requirements, refueled in time during daily operation, and the required oil level should be maintained frequently;

(2) Rolling bearings should be lubricated with specified grease, and the oil amount should meet the specified requirements;

(3) It is forbidden to mix different oil numbers.

2. The standby ventilator must always be kept in good condition:

(1) rotates every 1 ~ 3 months, with the longest period not exceeding half a year;

(2) The standby ventilator that has been rotated for more than one month should be idling 1 time every month, and each time should be no less than 1 hour, so as to ensure that the standby ventilator is in good condition and can be put into operation within 10 minutes.
