This major was founded in 1986. At present, graduates are all over the country, especially in Beijing, Shanghai, Suzhou, Hangzhou and other places. Become a well-known "jade carving entrepreneur", "jade carving master" and "senior craftsman" in China. This major has trained a large number of jade carving professionals for Zhenping, and many of them have become the leaders of the 100,000 jade carving army in Zhenping, which has played an important role in the local economic development of Zhenping. In 2006, in order to vigorously develop the jade carving art specialty and improve students' knowledge and ability while studying, the school successfully cooperated with the Chinese Jade Culture Museum to set up the "China Zhenping Jade Carving Art Research Center" which integrates jade carving art education, jade carving art research and jade carving skill practice. It has built a platform for young people who are interested in jade carving. There are 33 full-time and part-time teachers in this major, including experts from Jade Culture Research Association of China Arts and Crafts Association, masters of arts and crafts, jade carving masters and senior arts and crafts artists.

The academic system of this major is three years:

In the first grade, I trained in the basic skills of painting. My main professional courses are: jade carving literature, calligraphy, sketching, painting flowers and birds, painting animals, basic patterns, clay sculpture and so on.

Second grade, basic skills training of clay sculpture and jade carving. The main professional courses offered are: jade carving literature, jade carving design theory, jade carving pattern design, sketch, decorative painting, clay sculpture, calligraphy, jade carving skill practice and so on.

Third grade jade carving design and creation training. Specialized courses include: jade carving literature, jade carving design theory, clay sculpture, jade carving pattern design, jade carving creation practice, etc.

Students can enjoy:

2. You are eligible to participate in the exhibition and evaluation of jade carving works and the jade carving expert forum held by China Zhenping Jade Carving Art Research Center.

This major mainly trains shopping guides and marketers with professional knowledge and high literacy who are competent for large jewelry distribution centers or supermarkets. Courses such as jade carving appreciation, gem identification, design theory, jade carving literature, and professional courses such as business foreign language, jade carving business terminology, business etiquette, shopping guide psychology, computer network marketing, etc. The academic system is two years. Study theory in the first school year and practice in the second school year. After graduation, the school is responsible for arranging employment in large and medium-sized cities such as Beijing and Shanghai, with a monthly income of more than 3,000-4,000 yuan.
