The process and content of induction training for new employees
I. Purpose

Standardize the entry procedures for new employees, ensure orderly entry and improve work efficiency.

Second, the new employee induction procedures

1, go through the entry formalities:

(1) The employed person shall go through the entry formalities at the company according to the time and requirements specified in the notice, otherwise it will be deemed as giving up.

(2) The new employee shall keep the copy (original) of the administrative department of the company and submit the following materials:

Copy of ID card1;

Maximum diploma and degree certificate 1 copy;

1 copy of technical title certificate or mechanic's work license (special operation certificate);

3 one-inch bareheaded photos of individuals;

Copies of other necessary documents.

Physical examination report of the last three months.

2. Attend the regular meeting: the host of the regular meeting introduces the new employees, and the new employees introduce themselves.

3. The administration department leads the new employees to visit the office area of the company, visit the docks of various departments, and introduce the working and living environment of the company. The manager must arrange seats, office phones, etc.

4. The Administration Department conducts half-day induction training for new employees. For more information about training, please refer to the orientation training for new employees.

5. On the first day of employment, new employees must receive office supplies (notebooks and pens) from the Administration Department; You must get your badge from the HR Commissioner, enter your fingerprint at the front desk, and set up your own Everbright Bank Card (the card number should be submitted to the Finance Department).

6. After the probation period, the company will sign labor contracts with employees.

7. Establish personal files of new employees: employment submission materials and labor contracts.

8. The HR Commissioner should make the Employee Mobility Statistics Table to record the new employee's entry.
