Successfully completed the audit of the implementation of the financial budget and final accounts at the corresponding level arranged by the bureau, the economic responsibility audit of the secretary, director and director of the Dengta Road Sub-district Office, the tax collection and management audit of the property tax and land use tax collected by the local taxation bureau, and the financial revenue and expenditure audit of the Doufuying Sub-district Office. Six special fund audits, such as family planning fund audit, sewage charge collection management audit, rural improved agricultural machinery purchase subsidy fund allocation, distribution and use audit, pest control fund audit, rural labor force transfer training and "Sunshine Project" audit, and financial revenue and expenditure audit of Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau, are seven audit tasks. Participated in the assets and liabilities audit of Beiguan District Housing and Construction Comprehensive Development Company, conducted many in-depth investigations at the grassroots level, conducted targeted comprehensive audits and audit investigations on the financial issues raised in the petition cases of villagers in Xizhangjian and Xinghua Village, and cooperated with the District Commission for Discipline Inspection, the District Bureau for Letters and Calls and Zhangbei Office for many times to answer questions for grassroots petitioners, providing first-hand information for the party committee and government to find out the truth and make correct decisions. Participated in drafting a series of systems such as Interim Measures for Economic Responsibility Auditing of Party and Government Leading Cadres in Beiguan District, Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Interim Measures for Economic Responsibility Auditing of Party and Government Leading Cadres in Beiguan District, Operating Rules for Economic Responsibility Auditing in Beiguan District, and Working System of Economic Responsibility Auditing Office in Beiguan District. Participate in the formulation and issuance of the Notice on Printing and Distributing the Handover Measures for Economic Responsibility of Leading Cadres in Beiguan District of Anyang City. According to the regulations, the transfer of economic responsibility of 29 department-level leading cadres in 20 units has been completed. The circular formulated nearly ten forms of handover of economic responsibility of leading cadres, such as "Detailed Handover Measures for Economic Responsibility of Leading Cadres Leaving Office" and "Handover Form of Economic Responsibility of Leading Cadres Leaving Office in Beiguan District". The main items, contents, methods and handover procedures of the economic responsibility of leading cadres in government organs are clearly defined, and the economic responsibility of leading cadres after leaving office is further clarified and standardized, which provides a reference for organizing the appointment of cadres in personnel departments.
