5. Guide or arrange technical training and personal development courses for employees.
6. According to the project production process, changes and other factors, discuss with the manager or guide the investigation to determine the training needs.
7. Train and instruct teachers or superiors to conduct technical and skill training for employees.
8. Develop and edit training manuals, multimedia visual AIDS and other educational materials.
9. Make use of the knowledge about the effectiveness of methods (such as classroom training, demonstration, on-the-job training, meetings, seminars and on-site meetings) to plan, formulate and propose training and personnel development plans.
10. Make a new training plan or modify or improve the existing plan according to the training needs.
