Article 7 Pre-job training shall be provided to the newly recruited staff of public institutions to improve their ability to adapt to the work of their own units and posts.
For newly introduced high-level talents, pre-job training can be arranged flexibly according to the actual situation.
Article 8 Pre-job training for staff of public institutions includes public subjects and professional subjects. Public subjects include political theory, laws and regulations, policy knowledge, code of conduct, and discipline requirements. Professional subjects include theory, knowledge, technology and skills.
Article 9 Pre-job training for * * * subjects shall be planned by the comprehensive personnel management department of public institutions, organized in a unified way or entrusted by specialized training institutions, or organized by authorized competent departments and institutions according to regulations, and generally carried out by off-the-job training. Pre-job professional subject training is organized by the competent department or institution, and generally adopts off-the-job training, online training and mentoring system.
Article 10 Pre-job training is generally completed within 6 months from the employee's employment date, with a maximum of 12 months and a cumulative time of not less than 40 hours or 5 days.
