According to relevant public information, the Ministry of Education revealed that the national management service platform for off-campus training institutions for primary and secondary school students will be launched soon, requiring all localities to announce relevant policies, white lists, blacklists and other information of off-campus training institutions to the public, and accept complaints from the masses based on the platform. Judging from the data reported by various places, nearly 60% of the off-campus training institutions with problems in the country have been rectified. By1October 30th, problems had been found in 1494 1 institutions in Hunan, and 3,450 institutions had been rectified. Hunan has previously introduced remediation plans and a number of initiatives. On April 27th, the "Work Plan for Special Governance of Off-campus Training Institutions in Hunan Province" was promulgated, requiring rectification of unlicensed school running, use of places with potential safety hazards, and illegal enrollment propaganda. Education, civil affairs, human society, industry and commerce (market supervision) and other functional departments should, according to the examination and approval authority and regulatory responsibilities, establish a white list of off-campus training institutions without bad behaviors and a blacklist of off-campus training institutions without licenses, with potential safety hazards and bad behaviors, and announce them to the public.
