The new rules for the annual review of welders' certificates in different places are coming!
The annual examination of welder's certificate is no longer a problem! According to the Management Regulations on Safety Technology Training and Assessment for Special Operators, you only need to submit relevant materials to the original assessment and certification authority or the assessment and certification authority where you work within 60 days before the expiration of the certificate, and you can complete the annual assessment in different places.

Required materials

The materials required for the annual examination of welder's certificate in different places include: health certificate issued by community or medical institutions at or above the county level, special operation instructions, safety training and examination qualified records, etc.

Review time

Welder's certificate needs to be reviewed once every three years. However, within the validity period of the certificate, those who have been engaged in this type of work for more than 10 years and strictly abide by the laws and regulations on safety in production may be extended to once every six years with the consent of the original examination and certification authority or the examination and certification authority of their unit.

Review application

Special operations personnel shall apply to the review institution for review 3 months before the expiration of the review period indicated in the certificate. If the application is not made within the time limit, the certificate will automatically become invalid.
