Responsibilities of manager (supervisor) of injection molding department

1. Be directly responsible to the deputy general manager or the factory director, report to him, and obey his work arrangement and management.

2. Be fully responsible for the arrangement, organization and management of the production operation of the injection molding department, and preside over the daily affairs of this department.

3. According to the company's quality policy and annual work target, formulate the work target of injection molding department and organize its implementation.

4. According to the needs of the company's development and the actual production situation, improve the organizational structure and staffing of the injection molding department, and allocate manpower scientifically and reasonably.

5. According to the actual needs, put forward the recruitment application of new employees in the injection molding department, assess, select and hire employees at all levels according to the job skills requirements, and do a good job in human resources management in the injection molding department.

6. According to the production plan issued by PMC, reasonably arrange and organize the production work of the injection molding department, check/guide the implementation of the production plan, and take effective measures to complete the production tasks on time with good quality and quantity to ensure delivery.

7. According to the requirements of ISO900 1 quality management system, establish quality assurance and English system in injection molding production process, strictly control the quality of injection molding products according to product quality standards and sample requirements, and adhere to the principle of "three noes" to ensure that the quality of plastic parts meets customer needs.

8. Organize/carry out/implement the company's safety production management system and fire prevention regulations, formulate the safety production management system of this department in combination with the actual operation characteristics of the injection molding department, and take safety protection measures for personnel in each position.

9. Conduct safety/fire protection knowledge training for personnel in each position, improve the safety production and fire prevention awareness of subordinate employees, implement and supervise the implementation, eliminate potential safety hazards and ensure production safety.

10. Formulate the use/maintenance/maintenance and management system of machinery and equipment, molds, fixtures, test instruments and scales, and organize/implement/execute it. Do a good job in the maintenance of injection molding equipment, molds and fixtures to reduce failures, prevent damage and extend their service life.

Formulate the training plan for the employees of the injection molding department, and provide pre-job skills training, technical training, quality training, management training, system training, "5S" training, fire control/safety knowledge training, etc. Train employees at all levels as planned, so as to continuously improve the overall quality of employees in injection molding department and improve their work quality and efficiency.

12. Formulate the use/management system of production raw materials, consumables, office supplies and tools, strictly control the "materials, labor and expenses" and the loss of various materials, improve the awareness of saving, enhance the concept of cost, and continuously reduce the material consumption and production cost.

13. Actively carry out the "5S" visual management activities, do a good job in the "5S" management of the injection molding department, ensure that the working environment of the injection molding department is clean and orderly, and all items should be clearly classified and labeled/placed neatly, so as to realize safe and civilized production and enhance the corporate image.

14. Implement the company's relevant management system and management system, organize the formulation of various management systems/operating procedures of the injection molding department, strengthen implementation, and supervise employees to strictly abide by them.

15. Formulate the post responsibilities of employees at all levels in the injection molding department and supervise them to perform their duties.

16. Do a good job in attendance of employees in this department, scientifically and reasonably formulate piece-rate wage standards for boot employees, and strictly implement the company's salary system. Adhere to the principles of "fairness, justice, openness" and "focusing on things rather than people", conduct a fair evaluation of employees at all levels, establish a performance appraisal and incentive mechanism, and fully mobilize the work enthusiasm of employees at all levels.

17. Record the injection process conditions in the mold trial/production process, analyze the rationality of product structure, mold structure/injection process parameters in the production process, set the injection reference conditions scientifically and reasonably, and put forward suggestions for improving the mold structure.

18. Organize the "weekly production meeting" and related working meetings of the injection molding department, adhere to the principle of "three no-misses", analyze/handle the problems in the work in time, and propose corrective, preventive and improvement measures.

19. Do a good job of coordination/communication with relevant departments, establish the concept of "internal customers", and cooperate with engineering department, quality control department, assembly department and warehouse to make internal customers satisfied.

20. Control the production progress, product quality, material supply, production efficiency/material consumption, mold/equipment status and personnel dynamics of this department at any time, analyze the reasons and coordinate/communicate in time to ensure the smooth and normal production operation.

2 1. Actively promote the progress of this department in technology, production capacity, production mode and management means, and gradually implement quantitative management, kanban management and target management to meet the needs of the company's overall development.

22. Adhere to technological innovation and management innovation, keep pace with the times, strive for perfection, continuously improve production efficiency and product quality, reduce material consumption and defective rate, and reduce production costs.

23. Do a good job in the examination and approval of various production reports and documents, ensure that the report data truly reflect the actual situation, do a good job in the wage statistics/accounting/reporting of employees at all levels, and be responsible for the actions of themselves and their subordinates.

24. Arrange and guide relevant personnel to do a good job in the classification, identification, management and filing of documents/production reports of injection molding department.

25. Decide whether to work overtime in the workshop according to the production needs, and put forward suggestions for increasing or decreasing the number of employees to the personnel administration department according to the tension of production tasks.

26. Take an active part in training, strive to learn new technology/management knowledge, and constantly improve and upgrade yourself to meet the needs of the company's future development.
