Manager Wang Jun's training was fascinating. He talked about the past life of cold chain transportation. "When the world of mortals rode the princess, no one knew it was litchi." In ancient times, there was no cold chain. In order to ensure the freshness of the ingredients, we have to change horses and send fresh fruits and vegetables quickly. It is conceivable that eating fresh litchi will kill many horses. However, the ancients were also very clever. As early as the Shang and Zhou Dynasties, they knew to collect ice cubes in winter for use in summer. Of course, this is only confined to the north, and naturally there is no such good thing in the south. Fortunately, there are fresh fruits in the south all year round. As for the insurance of meat, it is impossible, so fresh meat should be stored as bacon in winter in the south. Other melons and fruits can only be made into dried fruits, or pickled into nine-system dried tangerine peel or something.

With the development of modern industry, foreign countries began to use refrigeration technology, with refrigeration technology. Large foreign companies introduced refrigeration technology to China, and gradually some big cities in China also had refrigeration and refrigeration. After the founding of the People's Republic of China, large domestic enterprises (Chinese prefix enterprises) also started some cold chain businesses, but the scale was not large. After the reform and opening up, with the people's life getting better and better, the demand for cold chain business is growing. In addition to large state-owned enterprises doing cold chain business, there are many private enterprises involved in cold chain business. Especially in recent years, both Jingdong Logistics and SF Logistics have started cold chain business.

From the cold chain knowledge training of Manager Wang Jun, we learned several business modes of storage and transportation, including normal temperature storage, constant temperature storage, low temperature storage and ultra-low temperature storage. Different storage temperatures are suitable for different products, and improper storage will affect the quality of products. By studying the training of manager Wang Jun, we learned four factors: the basic environment of cold chain logistics, the informationization of inventory management, the configuration of facilities, the system and manpower; Accept three preparations; Two key points of cold storage; Five requirements of management; Knowledge of three elements of cost and five steps of loading. In the study, we also know to check the rectification process of the whole cold chain logistics, such as appearance, label, production date, documents, weight and so on. After the product arrives, check the car condition, temperature and humidity, and whether it is refrigerated in advance. At the same time, it also learned the cold chain attribute of distribution link, the confirmation of traffic network, the receipt of goods by downstream customers, and the achievement of distribution goals. I also learned and mastered three elements that need to be paid attention to in the distribution process, namely, the temperature should reach the standard in the whole process, the secondary control of the frequency of opening and closing doors on the way, and the standardization of distribution operation.

Through learning, we have a basic understanding of cold chain storage and transportation, which is believed to be of great help to our future production and distribution of cold chain products.
