Provisions on the location of fire stations in petrochemical enterprises
According to Code for Fire Protection Design of Petrochemical Enterprises (GB 50160—20084.2.10), the location of the fire station shall meet the following requirements.

The service scope of the fire station should be calculated according to the driving distance, which should not be greater than 2.5km, and the time for the fire truck to arrive at the fire scene after receiving the fire alarm should not exceed 5 minutes. For D and E places, the service scope of fire station can be extended to 4km.

To process unit area and tank farm.

It should be convenient for fire engines to quickly enter the process unit area and tank farm.

Avoid the road of people flow.

It is best to avoid the main stream of people in the factory.

Stay away from noisy places

Stay away from noisy places.

Downwind side

It should be located at the downwind side of the annual minimum frequency wind direction in the production area.
