2, obtain a medical college degree, engaged in medical work for 3 years;
3. Obtain a bachelor's degree in medicine and have worked as a doctor for 2 years;
4. Master of Medicine, working as a doctor 1 year;
5. Doctor of Medicine.
There are three types of trainees:
1, postgraduate: that is, the four certificates of medical professional degree (specialist master) are integrated, and the master's degree and standardized training are carried out at the same time.
2. Social people: people who have no training certificate and no work unit (have not found a job or have resigned) participate in the training in their personal capacity.
3. Unit person: commonly known as entrusted training (entrusted training), that is, the person who has an existing work unit and is sent by the work unit to the training base (hospital) for training.
Those who do not need to participate in standardized training for residents are: whether graduate students with master's or doctor's degrees have participated in standardized training for residents is not mandatory (except for special provisions by local provincial health and family planning departments and traditional Chinese medicine management departments), and they can choose by themselves.
Doctors who have obtained intermediate or above titles in clinical specialty do not need to participate in standardized training for residents. The training program requires three years' training after graduation, two years' training for master students and two years' training for doctoral students.
