2, management standards
Management standards are important measures for production and business activities and the realization of technical standards. It organically combines all aspects of enterprise management with the positions of various units and departments, and unifies them into the management of product quality in order to obtain the greatest economic benefits.
3. Working standards
Work standard is the standard of work items that need to be coordinated and unified in the field of enterprise standardization, and it is the regulation of work scope, responsibility, authority and quality based on the work of people or groups. The work standard is mainly to study and stipulate the responsibility and due authority of each specific person in production and business activities.
Enterprise three-level safety education is as follows:
1. The main contents of pre-job safety training in the factory include: laws and regulations related to safety production, basic knowledge of safety production in the unit, safety production rules and regulations and labor discipline, rights and obligations of employees in safety production, related accidents, emergency rescue and disaster relief, emergency plan drills and preventive measures.
2. The main contents of pre-job safety training in the workshop include: working environment and risk factors, occupational injuries and casualty accidents that may be caused by types of work, safety responsibilities, operation skills, safety regulations and mandatory standards for types of work, self-help, first aid methods, evacuation and on-site emergency management.
3. The main contents of pre-job safety training for teams and groups include: post safety responsibilities, post safety operating rules, operating rules, post dangerous and harmful factors and safety measures, emergency treatment measures, post handover safety and occupational health matters, accident cases, post evaluation standards and other contents that need training.
