What does the resident training program include?
There are internal medicine, surgery, general internal medicine, imaging, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, emergency internal medicine and radiation oncology.

Standardized training for residents originated from 1993. The Ministry of Health issued the Notice on Implementing the Trial Measures for Standardized Training of Clinical Residents. The standardized training of clinical residents is an important part of medical students' post-graduation education, mainly focusing on clinical practice, professional compulsory courses and public compulsory courses.

This is very important for training high-level clinicians and improving medical quality. As a link between lifelong medical education (basic education in medical colleges) and continuing medical education (continuing medical education), it occupies an important position and is the key to the formation of medical clinical experts.

Training stage

According to the Trial Measures for Standardized Training of Clinical Residents promulgated by the Ministry of Health in recent years, the training is divided into two stages. The Standardized Training Standard for Residents (Trial) issued in 2009 clearly pointed out that the standardized training time is generally three years.

First stage

In three years, in two disciplines, I took turns to participate in the clinical medical work of major departments of this discipline and conducted comprehensive and systematic basic training in clinical work.

stage Ⅱ

It takes two years to further complete the rotation, gradually carry out professional training based on three-level disciplines, and thoroughly study and master the clinical skills and theoretical knowledge of this major. In the last year, you should arrange a certain period of time as a general resident or the corresponding hospital management.
