Asia-Pacific Yoga College now has three classes, full-time yoga instructor class, weekend yoga instructor class and aerial yoga instructor class.

The full-time yoga instructor class is a 42-day full-time intensive training with a cost of 7888 yuan. Teaching from Monday to Friday, 6 weeks, one and a half months, 200 hours. If you pass the graduation exam, you will be awarded an advanced yoga instructor certificate.

Weekend yoga instructor class, 4888 yuan, two days training every weekend, three consecutive months of weekends, 24 days, 150 hours, and senior yoga instructor certificate will be issued if you pass the graduation examination.

Aerial yoga instructor class, 5-day intensive training course, and the first-class certificate of aerial yoga instructor promotion class will be issued if you pass the graduation examination.

The teaching mode of Asia-Pacific Yoga Institute is based on the basic knowledge of medical anatomy. Students follow classes from scratch, and the weekly schedule is relatively tight, starting from basic hatha yoga to Yin yoga.

Physiotherapy yoga, mobile yoga and high temperature yoga will be taught.

There are two parts: theory class and physics class. First, systematically study the basic knowledge of medical anatomy, including understanding the origin and history of yoga, and then have a certain theoretical basis to know the structure of the human body and how bones and muscles exert their strength. With the foundation of these systems, and then go to physics class, you will know how to get the correct order and how to practice without hurting yourself. The teacher will teach you how to arrange the course, including some experience sharing and skills in class, and how substitute members will like you.
