At present, the group has model worker innovation studios 15, with nearly 350 members, and has set up 26 innovative projects (3 for engineering construction, 5 for equipment improvement and renovation, 2 for information construction, and 2 for improving employees' business skills; 8 topics to optimize workflow and improve work efficiency; 3 items of improved operation methods and 3 items of safe production), of which 8 items have been completed. Since the establishment of innovation works, a model worker in Hong Kong, in practical work, we have adhered to the working concept of unity and cooperation, brainstorming, active exploration and innovation, paid attention to meeting people's needs and giving full play to their expertise, and exerted the potential and wisdom of each model worker to the maximum extent, which has effectively promoted the in-depth development of innovation activities.
According to incomplete statistics, all levels of model worker innovation studios in Hong Kong have helped solve more than 20 technical problems 12, and applied for invention patents12, creating economic benefits of nearly 100 million yuan. Grassroots units should ensure earmarking, openness and transparency, and abide by relevant financial systems.
The studio project encourages independent implementation. In principle, it cannot be outsourced (the implementing unit entrusts the research work to other units). The outsourcing cost that really needs to be outsourced cannot exceed 30% of the total project cost.
