I. Application conditions

(1) Any citizen of People's Republic of China (PRC) who abides by the Constitution, laws and regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC), abides by professional ethics, is honest and trustworthy, and is engaged in metrological technical work, and meets the registration requirements for the professional qualification examination of registered metrological engineers, may apply for taking the examination of registered metrological engineers at the corresponding level.

(two) according to the requirements of the "notice of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security on matters related to reducing or canceling the working years requirements for some vocational qualification examinations" (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2022] No.8), since 2022, the working years requirements for the first-level registered measurement vocational qualification examinations have been adjusted. A person who applies for the first-class registered metrology professional qualification examination must meet one of the following conditions in addition to the above basic conditions:

1. Obtained a college degree in science and engineering, and worked in metrology technology for 4 years.

2. Obtain a bachelor's degree in science or engineering, and have been engaged in metrological technology for 3 years.

3. Obtained a double bachelor's degree in science or engineering or graduated from a postgraduate class, and worked in metrology technology for 2 years.

4. Obtain a master's degree or above in science or engineering, and have worked in metrology technology for 1 year.

5. Those who have obtained corresponding academic qualifications and degrees in other disciplines shall have a corresponding increase in the minimum number of years engaged in metrological technical work 1 year.

(3) Those who apply for the professional qualification examination of Class II registered metrology engineers shall, in addition to the above basic conditions, obtain secondary school or above education or degree, and have worked in metrology technology for at least 1 year.

(4) The working years shall be calculated according to the sum of the accumulated working hours of the applicant or the working hours of metrology technology since the date of joining the work, and the deadline for calculating the professional working years shall be 65438+February 3, 20221.

Fourth, exempt some subject conditions

Those who have obtained senior titles in engineering series or natural science research series can take the professional qualification examination of first-class registered surveyors, instead of taking the examination of measurement laws and regulations and comprehensive knowledge subjects, but only take the examination of measurement data processing and measurement professional practice and measurement professional case analysis subjects. Such personnel must choose "Exempt from Examination" when registering online.

Those who have obtained the certificate of measurement examiner issued by the original quality and technical supervision departments at all levels may take the examination of measurement professional practice and case analysis, and only take the examination of measurement laws and regulations and comprehensive knowledge. Such personnel must choose "Exempt from Examination" when registering online.

Those who take part in all three subjects of the first-class metrology division (with the level of unified examination) must pass all subjects in three consecutive examination years, and those who take part in two subjects (with the level of exemption from examination) must pass subjects in two consecutive examination years before they can obtain the professional qualification certificate of the first-class registered metrology division.

Those who participate in all two subjects (with the level of unified examination) of the second-level registered metrology engineer must pass all subjects within two consecutive examination years, and those who participate in 1 subject (with the level of exemption from examination) must pass subjects within 1 examination year before they can obtain the professional qualification certificate of the second-level registered metrology engineer.

Matters related to the registration of intransitive verbs exam

This exam adopts online registration and qualification examination (both online). The registration website is the "Online Registration" column of China Personnel Examination Network (www.cpta.com.cn), and the online information of candidates is displayed as "Qualification passed and registration completed", which can be regarded as successful registration.

The examination registration implements the certification notification system. For details of the notification system for registration and certification of professional and technical personnel qualification examination, online registration operation process and related requirements, please refer to the column of "Notification System for Registration and Certification of Qualification Examination" in China Personnel Examination Network (www.cpta.com.cn) and the related description of the registration system. If there are false behaviors in the registration of the qualification examination, the notification system is not applicable. According to the Provisions on Handling Disciplinary Actions in Qualification Examination of Professional and Technical Personnel (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Order No.31), the notification system is not applicable to those who have serious or particularly serious disciplinary actions and are recorded in the integrity file of the qualification examination within the recording period.

(1) Registration and Login

Before the exam registration, candidates must complete the registration and personal information verification through the online registration system in advance. From now on, candidates can log on to the "Online Registration" column of China Personnel Testing Network (www.cpta.com.cn) to register and fill in their personal information.

Candidates who have registered in the registration system in the past do not need to re-register, and should log in to the registration system in advance to supplement and improve the relevant information.

The online registration system will check the candidate's identity information and academic degree information online. Candidates can log in to the registration system 24 hours after the information is submitted, and sign up for the exam within the specified time limit (whether the verification result passes or not does not affect the exam registration). Candidates are advised to reserve enough time in advance to complete user registration and information submission. Those who have not signed up or completed the verification cannot sign up for the exam.

Candidates who register for the first time should upload registration photos as required. Registration photos will be used in the admission ticket, examination room seating table, certificate and certificate inquiry authentication system. Candidates should be careful when uploading photos. Once the photos are uploaded and confirmed, they cannot be replaced. Candidates must download and use the "photo review and processing tool" designated by the registration system in advance, and upload the electronic photos of the color half-length bareheaded front certificate that I have recently reviewed and saved by this tool. Only when the photo background is white can you pass the photo review in the registration system, otherwise you can't register. Candidates who have registered in the registration system still use the original photos.

The types of documents for online verification of identity information are China people's ID card and Chinese resident ID card.

The following conditions cannot be verified by registration: ① Education below technical secondary school, education above junior college in 2002 or before, and obtaining a degree before September 2008; (2) Identity and academic degree information failed to pass online verification; ③ Other types of identity documents, overseas academic degrees, etc. Unable to verify online. After the feedback of the registration verification results, candidates can continue to fill in the examination registration information within the prescribed time limit, but they must accept on-site verification (all online) according to the prescribed time limit and requirements. (2) Examination registration

Candidates who have been verified by registration can register for the exam within the specified time.

Examination registration time is from April 22, 2022 to April 28, 2022 10: 00, and the website is "Online Registration" of China Personnel Examination Network (www.cpta.com.cn).

Candidates who have completed the registration verification can fill in the examination registration information within the prescribed time limit. Candidates who have completed the registration information must click "Save" in time to choose whether to register through the notification system.

After selecting the handling method, upload relevant information according to the system prompt, and click "Registration Confirmation". The applicant's identity information, academic degree, etc. If online verification is not possible or online verification fails, you must upload your ID card, education background and photo of degree certificate as required (those who have obtained overseas education must upload the certification report), and applicants with the registration level of "Exempt from Examination" must also upload the corresponding certificates and materials according to the system prompts. Applicants who do not apply for the notification system, do not choose the notification system to register or withdraw their applications, in addition to the above information, need to upload proof of work experience.

Candidates must confirm that they meet the registration conditions and correctly choose the registration level, major and examination subjects. Those who fail to meet the registration conditions or make a mistake in registration, resulting in failure to obtain a qualified certificate and invalid results, shall be responsible for it by themselves.

Applicants who choose to apply for registration through the notification system should know the name, basis, contents and materials of the certification, the verification authority of the examination institution, the applicant's cooperation obligations and methods, and the legal responsibilities that the applicant may bear, and meet the registration conditions. The information provided is true and objective, and I am willing to accept the verification of the examination institutions and accept false legal responsibilities. The notice (electronic text) signed by the applicant electronically has legal effect once submitted, and no agency is allowed.

If the applicant's identity, academic degree, major and other information have been automatically verified online, and there is no record in the integrity file of qualification examination, in principle, it is not necessary to provide relevant certification materials for on-site verification. After the applicant submits it, it can be withdrawn before the registration is unsuccessful and the registration deadline. If the applicant withdraws, the notification system is no longer applicable to this year's exam, and on-site verification (all online) must be carried out in accordance with the prescribed time limit and requirements. (4) On-site verification (all online)

After submitting the application information, the online registration system will make conditional judgment and online verification on academic degree, major studied, working years and professional working years, and prompt candidates to operate accordingly according to different situations. Those who pass the verification can directly complete the registration confirmation without on-site verification.

Applicants who do not apply for the notification system, do not choose the notification system to apply for registration, withdraw their applications, and fail to check their identity information and academic degrees. Online, and the application for "Exemption from Examination" must be subject to on-site verification according to the prescribed time limit and requirements (online uploading materials does not need to go to the site). Those who pass the verification can complete the registration confirmation, and the deadline for on-site verification is April 29, 2022 16:00.

Candidates can log in to the online registration system 24 hours after completing the "Registration Confirmation" and check the verification results in the "Current Registration Status". Candidates who pass the verification should check their application status in time, confirm that they meet the application conditions and the application information is correct (pay special attention to the accuracy of the application level and subjects), pass the verification and complete the registration, and print the application form for later use. The deadline for verification and confirmation is April 30, 2022 16:00. There is no registration fee for this exam.

(6) Download the admission ticket

Successful candidates should download and print the admission ticket on the registration website (www.cpta.com.cn) from June 7, 2022 10: 00 to June 10/6: 00. Failure to do so will be regarded as giving up the exam. Vii. supervision, management and disciplinary action

(a) the examination institutions will carry out daily supervision of the examination process and accept social supervision. Candidates should actively cooperate with the examination institutions for verification and submit relevant certification materials in time. Candidates who do not meet the requirements of the examination, or fail to accept the verification according to the requirements of the examination institution within the time limit, the examination registration is invalid or the examination qualification is abandoned, and the examination results are invalid.

(2) Candidates who have committed serious violations of discipline and discipline, such as providing false certification materials or obtaining corresponding qualification certificates or achievement certificates by other improper means, shall be dealt with in accordance with Articles 10 and 12 of the Provisions on Handling Violations of Discipline and Discipline in the Qualification Examination for Professional and Technical Personnel (OrderNo. 12). (4) Candidates who violate discipline and discipline during the examination shall be treated in accordance with the Provisions on Disciplinary Treatment of Qualification Examination for Professional and Technical Personnel (Order No.3 1 of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security). Those suspected of cheating in exams and other criminal activities shall be transferred to public security organs according to law. (5) After the examination, the same answers will be identified and appraised by technical means. (1) The specific requirements for candidates to take the epidemic prevention and control examination will be published on the website of Shanghai Vocational Ability Examination Institute (www.rsj.sh.gov.cn/spta.shtml) around mid-May. Candidates are requested to fully understand and comply with it, and do a good job of self-protection, independent health monitoring and nucleic acid detection 48 hours before the exam as required. Due to the uncertainty of the epidemic situation, candidates are advised to go to Shanghai 2 1 day before the exam and not to leave Shanghai. Candidates living abroad should return to Shanghai at least 25 days before the exam and not to leave Shanghai. (3) Examination outline

The examination outline shall be subject to the Outline of Qualification Examination for First Class Registered Metrologists (2009 Edition) and the Outline of Qualification Examination for Second Class Registered Metrologists (2009 Edition).

(4) Instructions for Candidates

(6) Certificate collection

According to the Notice of the General Office of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security on Promoting the Work of Electronic Certificates for Professional and Technical Personnel (No.97 issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [202/KLOC-0]), in 2022, electronic certificates will be issued with the electronic seal of "Special Seal for Professional and Technical Personnel in People's Republic of China (PRC) and Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security". Electronic certificates can be downloaded, inquired and verified on China Personnel Examination Network (www.cpta.com.cn), and have the same legal effect as paper certificates.

After the implementation of the electronic certificate, the paper certificate will still be issued in the original way. If the issued paper certificate is lost, damaged, or overdue, it will not be reissued. Generally, the collection time of paper certificate is about three months after the release of test results.
