The third part of the training scheme of sports talents, the research object

Eight local universities in China, such as Xi Institute of Physical Education, Yan 'an University, Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education, Sichuan Normal University, Mudanjiang Normal University, Kaili College, Hanshan Normal University and hunan university of arts and science, were randomly selected as the research objects, and statistical comparative analysis was made from the aspects of training objectives, class proportion, curriculum, professional direction and practical links.

Second, research methods.

(1) literature method. Consult the literature and academic papers on education at all levels in recent ten years, and collect and integrate the relevant information on the training scheme, teaching plan and construction of social sports professionals in eight universities (including physical education colleges, normal colleges and comprehensive colleges).

(2) Data statistical methods. According to the purpose and requirements of the research, the data of curriculum, credits, practice and other links in various institutions are sorted out and analyzed. (3) Logical analysis. By comparing the current training programs of social sports majors in eight universities, this paper makes reasoning and analysis according to the demand of sports professionals in the contemporary social market.

Third, the research results and analysis

(A) Analysis of the training objectives of social sports professionals in universities in some parts of China. Through the analysis, we can see that these colleges and universities aim at cultivating skilled talents such as physical education teaching, social science research, social sports consultation and guidance, business development and management, and at the same time emphasize mass sports activities and the cultivation of primary entrepreneurial ability such as the operation, management and development of sports clubs. However, they lack the cultivation of large-scale event organization and management talents, and place too much emphasis on physical education in the training objectives of social sports majors.

(2) Analysis of the class hours of social sports major in some local universities in China. It can be seen that the average total hours of social sports major training programs in eight universities are 269 1.9 hours, and the average total credits are 173.5438+0 credits. Through comparison, it can be found that, except for Xi Institute of Physical Education and Kaili College, which are lower or higher than the requirements of professional norms, the other six universities are all rising and falling within the norms; In terms of credits, Kaili University and hunan university of arts and science are higher than the requirements in the specification, and the rest are within the specification.

(3) Analysis of the curriculum of social sports major in some local universities in China. Through investigation, it is found that the main courses offered by universities around the country are similar, but the lack of specialized main courses is quite different, especially the subject courses are diverse, and the eight universities are completely different. Among them, there are easily confused courses such as sports sociology and social sports, as well as courses with advantages and disadvantages such as sports economics, sports industry economics, sports management and social sports management, as well as traditional courses, introduction to sports leisure and entertainment, health care and other emerging courses.

(4) Analysis on the orientation of social sports specialty in some local universities in China. Only four of the eight universities have listed the direction of physical education as a professional direction. The school-running direction of social sports specialty should be market-oriented, based on the demand of sports, fitness and other industries for professional talents and future career development, speed up professional construction, consolidate the existing professional foundation of social sports specialty, better serve the needs of national economic development and social development, and take socialization, popularization and specialization as the goal of talent training.

1. The training scheme of social sports professionals in China is similar. The training scheme of social sports undergraduate major should reflect the advantages and characteristics of each school. However, by comparing the training programs of social sports undergraduate majors in some local universities in China, it is found that the similarity of the training programs is quite common, and the similarity is close to 60%.

2. There is a big gap between the proportion of compulsory courses and elective courses. The research shows that the curriculum of eight universities is centered around "three major disciplines" and "five major courses", and the corresponding curriculum and its proportion of each discipline, the proportion between compulsory courses and specialized courses or between basic courses and specialized courses are mostly spliced or transplanted from the curriculum of physical education majors, so the distribution of course hours is not reasonable enough.

3. Weak practical teaching. Practice teaching is to strengthen students' social practice ability, better integrate the theoretical knowledge learned in school into practice, and lay a solid foundation for students' social viability.

(2) Suggestions

1. Cultivate professional talents according to market demand types and build competitive social sports professional brands. Colleges and universities should be "proficient" or "specialized", pursue one specialty and multiple functions on the basis of breaking through "specialized", and emphasize, for example, training "skilled" or "applied" or "service". At the same time, strengthen exchanges between colleges and universities, combine the regional advantages of each school, and formulate more specific and reasonable personnel training specifications and objectives that are conducive to development.

2. Optimize the curriculum system and set reasonable and efficient personnel training objectives. In order to expand the professional caliber, reflect the cultivation of personality and improve the flexibility of the curriculum system. In the course content, we should strengthen the integration of knowledge and skills, pay attention to horizontal intersection and integration, promote the systematization and integration of knowledge and skills, and do well in the two competitive characteristic directions of1~.

3. Increase and strengthen the practice teaching hours, broaden and stabilize the practice base. To improve the interactivity and effectiveness of practice, colleges and universities should attach importance to the construction of off-campus practice bases, strive for local governments to participate in social sports teaching, improve the cooperation between school administration and school-enterprise sports industry, establish a number of off-campus practice bases with relatively stable and broad market, and build local social sports brands.
