What should we do in this situation? The following is an introduction: 1. When the engine discharges engine oil, it is found that there is water in the engine oil and it contains sediment. The best solution is to disassemble the whole engine and hang it down for repair, but this can't be done, because the excavator is broken in the hole, so we have to take the treatment method of cleaning and checking after disassembling (note: it is not allowed to discharge water from the injector seat hole by turning the crankshaft to avoid damaging the cylinder liner assembly). The diesel tank was inspected, and it was found that there was water entering and a small amount of sediment. Therefore, the water at the bottom of the fuel tank is drained first, and the diesel oil in the fuel tank is drained and packaged, and then it is used for cleaning after precipitation; Rinse the oil tank with water with a certain pressure, then try to remove the water stains and dirt in the oil tank with a cloth, pay attention to the partition and corners in the oil tank and try to be as clean as possible. Finally, wash the fuel tank with diesel oil. Remove and clean the low pressure pipe and oil return pipe from the oil tank to the oil pump, and blow dry with compressed air. 2. The hydraulic oil tanks of the hydraulic system and transmission parts are sealed, but due to the long soaking time, muddy water also intrudes. Drain the oil and water from the oil tank, remove the low-pressure pipeline from the oil tank to the hydraulic pump, remove the oil inlet filter screen, oil return filter element assembly and bypass filter element assembly at the same time, clean it with gasoline and dry it, replace it with a new filter element (the oil inlet filter screen does not need to be replaced, and the hose cannot be cleaned with gasoline), and repeatedly wipe the water stains and dirt in the oil tank with a cloth to ensure cleanliness. Then clean the oil tank with a small amount of gasoline, wipe it with a cloth and leave it for a period of time. Loosen the oil drain screw on the main hydraulic pump. If there is no water in the discharged oil, check the control valve and various components (including the hydraulic oil radiator). If there is still no water, it can be determined that the main pump, high-pressure oil circuit and various working devices are normal. 3. Electrical components and circuits Remove the starter and generator from the machine, clean the appearance with diesel oil, and then remove it. Clean all parts with gasoline and dry them. No damage was found to the coils and components during the inspection, so they were assembled and used. Remove the electronic monitoring panel, clean it with gasoline, dry it, and assemble it for later use; All relays have been cleaned and dried, and the inspection results are trouble-free. After cleaning, check whether all sensors and induction plugs are free from faults. Check the electrical wiring and connectors of the whole machine, and deal with or replace the damaged or damaged skin. After checking the battery, it was found that no sediment entered, so the liquid in the battery was drained, the electrolyte was refilled and recharged.
