In order to further improve the teaching quality of training courses, improve the management system of training courses and strengthen the information exchange between the center and training courses, the management system of training courses is stipulated as follows:

Training course startup system:

First, all training courses must be declared valid within the unified reporting time of the center, and will not be accepted after the deadline;

Second, the training course must be approved by the center before it can be started, otherwise it will not be certified;

Third, the Youth League Committee supports the teachers' class fees of all training courses (except research training courses), and other fees are solved by the relevant colleges themselves;

Fourth, after the unified enrollment of the center, each training class can start classes freely according to its own situation;

Fifth, each training course must feed back the training course information to the center in time;

Six, each training class must strictly organize the assessment, and those who pass can graduate smoothly;

Seven. The content of each training course is decided by the person in charge of each training course and the teachers of the training course through consultation;

Eight, the person in charge of the training class to other training classes to observe and exchange, by the person in charge of each training class to discuss and decide;

Daily system:

First, students actively demand progress in thought, strive to be advanced, have a strong sense of responsibility, respect teachers, be helpful, have good conduct, constantly improve their ideological and political quality, abide by the law, do not waste money, and have no civilized behavior;

Second, study hard, study hard, have clear goals, don't waste time, study hard and accumulate, don't surprise, don't speculate, and constantly improve your comprehensive ability;

Third, students unite and love each other, help each other, care for the collective and safeguard honor;

Fourth, students should consciously abide by school rules and regulations, take good care of public property, save water and electricity, and keep the campus clean and hygienic;

Fifth, take good care of teaching equipment and compensate for unreasonable damage;

6. Turn off personal communication tools and put them in the "vibration" file under special circumstances;

Seventh, actively participate in class discussion and finish homework on time;

Eight, don't be late and leave early, don't go in and out of the classroom casually, and don't answer the phone in the classroom;

Nine, students pay attention to lectures and record carefully;

Management system:

First, the attendance rate of each student (including observers) must reach more than 70% of the total study hours of the training course. If you can't attend class under special circumstances, you need to write a leave note (please find the counselor of your college). If you are absent from class for more than one time (including one time), you will automatically drop out;

Two, each training class must hand in at least two newsletters in one semester, one newsletter must be handed in before the start of the class, with photos and other related materials, and the second newsletter must be handed in before the end of the training class;

Third, each training class must be spot-checked more than 4 times per semester; Once we draw students who are absent from class (have no leave), we will not graduate;

Fourth, consciously keep the classroom clean and tidy. Once the center members spot-check and find that there is garbage left in the classroom or damaged public property, the student will be disqualified from the last training class;

Fifth, the person in charge of each training class should strictly convey the class discipline to the students and strictly control them;

Sixth, every student must pass the final exam to graduate;

Seven, each training course students must hand in a learning experience (in duplicate, an electronic version, a handwritten version);

Eight, the person in charge of the training class must hand in a work summary after the end of the semester;

Nine, after the end of each semester, 5% of the outstanding students will be judged, and the outstanding students must submit another impression on the operation and management of the training course.
