It is not illegal for training institutions not to have holidays on legal holidays. Because the nature of work in all walks of life is different, some units do not have holidays on legal holidays, so you can inform employees in advance. According to the provisions of relevant laws, if an employer arranges workers to work on legal holidays, it will pay the workers no less than 300% of their wages.

Holidays are divided into weekends and legal holidays. Where personnel are on duty during holidays, the employing unit shall pay overtime pay or arrange holidays. According to the provisions of Article 44 of China's Labor Law, under any of the following circumstances, the employer shall pay the wages higher than the normal working hours of the workers according to the following standards:

(1) If the laborer is arranged to work longer hours, he shall be paid no less than 150% of the salary;

(2) If workers are arranged to work on rest days but cannot be arranged for compensatory time off, they shall be paid a salary of not less than 200% of their wages;

(3) If workers are arranged to work on legal holidays, they shall be paid no less than 300% of their wages. Therefore, if you work overtime on weekends, you can arrange compensatory time off, otherwise you should pay at least twice the salary, and not less than three times the salary on legal holidays.
