The recruitment of police officers in politics and law refers to a new procedure for recruiting civil servants in politics and law, including judges, prosecutors, police, judicial personnel and prison guards, who are assigned to corresponding positions after two years of training.

The examination subjects for police officers of politics and law are: administrative professional ability test, application, cultural integration, civil law, professional integration I and professional integration II. The examination procedures of police officers of politics and law are similar to those of civil servants, mainly written examinations. Masters also need to take legal examinations, and the written examination results will be interviewed after passing the fractional line.

The contents of the public examination for political and legal police officers are the administrative professional ability test and the application examination. Candidates who apply for the college are required to take the cultural integration (history, geography, politics) exam; Candidates who apply for a college degree or above and a second bachelor's degree are required to take the civil law exam; Candidates applying for a master's degree in law are required to take professional comprehensive (criminal law, civil law) and professional comprehensive (jurisprudence, China's constitutional law, Chinese legal history) exams.

After the written test, interview, physical examination, investigation, data transmission and admission will be conducted. Interview, physical examination and inspection work shall be conducted by the provincial competent department of civil servants in accordance with the relevant provisions on the employment of civil servants, and organized by political and legal departments. Candidates for the interview are determined in a certain proportion according to the order of written test scores from high to low among those who apply for the position.

The formula for calculating the written test score is: the total written test score = (the sum of civil servants' written test scores in all subjects ÷ the sum of full marks in written test papers in all subjects of education examination) ×50.
