Some local labor and social security departments, such as the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, have set up free training courses to improve the re-employment of people with employment difficulties. This kind of training is supported by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and supported by national policies and funds, so this kind of training is free.
Women aged from 16 to 54 years old belong to eight categories, such as rural laborers with working ability, registered unemployed people in cities and towns, urban and rural poor laborers, fresh junior and senior high school graduates who have not continued their studies in urban and rural areas, college graduates, laid-off and unemployed people, retired soldiers and people with employment difficulties, except those with financial difficulties and those who have participated in enterprise employee pension insurance.
