Major cases (incidents) that meet the scope stipulated in Article 14 of these Rules shall be reported to the person in charge in time according to the nature of the alarm, the scale of the situation and the urgency, and the police shall be dispatched to deal with them quickly according to the work plan and the instructions of the person in charge.
For general mass incidents with small reporting scope and little impact, it shall promptly notify the competent business department, and at the same time send police to maintain order at the scene as appropriate, and assist relevant departments to dissuade and prevent the situation from expanding.
