The duty of a lawyer
To undertake legal affairs assigned by the government at the same level, provide lawyers' letters of introduction and other relevant certificates for public lawyers to appear in court or engage in other legal affairs, do a good job in closing registration, business filing, statistics and seal management, guide and coordinate the legal business of public lawyers in various government departments, especially provide special legal services for legal disputes involving the vital interests of the government and the public, or organize expert argumentation.
Assist legal aid institutions at the same level to undertake some legal aid cases, organize public lawyers to carry out professional training, sum up and exchange work experience, improve their professional quality, be responsible for the education, inspection and supervision of public lawyers' professional ethics and practice discipline, carry out cooperation and exchanges among public lawyers in various departments, and safeguard their legitimate rights and interests.
