1. Sign up for training at a training institution recognized by China Sailing and Windsurfing Association. The general requirements for personnel are: 18-60 years old, healthy body, sound limbs, binocular corrected vision 1.0 or above.
2. Training courses are divided into three categories: A, B and C. ..
(1) class c, theory and small sailing practice (24 class hours);
(2) Class B, Theory and Navigation Practice (40 class hours);
(3) Class A, galleon theory and night sailing practice (40 class hours).
3. Training content:

E, the working principle of unpowered navigation;
F, meteorology, tides, VHF common sense, compass use, chart use, knots;

(2) the actual operation:
A, advanced navigation;
B, all kinds of operation and driving without power;
C. power drive, parking and anchoring;
D, small boat towing method;
E, fire prevention and extinguishing;
F, emergency handling;

4. Sailing driver's license grade: you can have the qualification of small boat driving and sailing crew (crew qualification) by passing the C-level examination; Pass the B-level examination and meet the daytime captain qualification (captain qualification); A-level examination can reach the qualification of voyage captain. With the qualification of Grade B or above, you can participate in the competition as a captain. (sailing to a certain number of nautical miles is suitable for Class A)
5. After passing the training and assessment, China Sailing and Windsurfing Association will issue a sailing competency certificate. This is equivalent to a sailing driver's license. You can sail or rent a sailboat.
