(2) Qualification examination

Our school examines the qualifications of candidates according to the recruitment conditions.

(3) Evaluation

1. It mainly examines the comprehensive post adaptability of candidates, such as professional theoretical basis, language logic expression, professional accomplishment, communication and coordination.

2. The assessment includes professional test and comprehensive evaluation, with scores of 100 respectively. Organize timely according to the registration of candidates.

Test scores = professional test scores ×60%+ comprehensive evaluation scores ×40%.

The assessment results are calculated with a percentage system, accurate to two decimal places.

(4) Physical examination

The candidates for medical examination are determined from high to low according to the number of candidates to be recruited in each position and the assessment results of candidates for this position. Among them, if the number of judges who agree to hire is less than two-thirds of the total number of judges, they shall not be determined as candidates for medical examination.

The physical examination is organized by the school. The standards refer to the General Standard for Civil Servants' Physical Examination (Trial) (Guo Ren Bu Fa [2005]1No.), the Manual for Civil Servants' Physical Examination (Trial) (Guo Ren Ting Fa [2007] No.25) and the Manual for Revision of General Standard for Civil Servants' Physical Examination (Trial).

Physical examination is conducted in general hospitals at or above the county level. Recruiting units or candidates who have objections to the conclusion of the medical examination may submit a written application for re-examination within 7 days from the date of receiving the notice of the conclusion of the medical examination, and go to the designated hospital for a one-time re-examination with the consent of the school. The results of physical examination shall be subject to the re-examination conclusion.

The time and place of physical examination will be notified separately. If the medical examination is unqualified or the medical examination qualification is automatically waived after confirmation, it will be replenished from high to low according to the assessment results of the candidates for this position.

(5) Investigation

Those who pass the physical examination shall be inspected by the school on their ideological and political performance, moral quality cultivation, law-abiding situation, study and work performance and whether they need to be avoided, and their qualifications shall be reviewed.

Vacancies arising from unqualified inspection, automatic waiver of qualification after qualification review or confirmation will not be filled.

(6) Publicity

The qualified candidates will be publicized on "Chongqing Human Resources and Social Security Network" (www.cqhrss.gov.cn) and the school website (www.cqdx.gov.cn) for 7 working days. The publicity contents include name, gender, date of birth, education background, major, graduation institution and post to be employed.

(7) Employment

Candidates who have no objection after publicity or who do not affect employment after verification shall be reported to the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for approval.

Personnel who have been approved for employment shall sign the employment contract of public institutions in accordance with the Implementation Measures for the Trial Appointment System of Public Institutions in Chongqing (No.37 [2003] of Chongqing Municipality) and the Notice of Chongqing Personnel Bureau on Forwarding the Employment Contract of Public Institutions (No.68 [2006] of Chongqing Municipality), establish personnel relations and improve the employment procedures. Relevant treatment shall be implemented in accordance with relevant regulations of Chongqing Municipality.
