How can nurses help family members to improve their coping ability?
Nurses help their families improve their ability to cope with nursing in the following ways.

1. Create a good communication atmosphere: nurses should interact with patients/family members, establish good communication channels, make use of friendly attitudes, be considerate of patients/family members' feelings, give timely feedback on nursing progress, and enhance patients/family members' understanding of nursing contents.

2. Improve the participation of patients/family members: Nurses should encourage patients/family members to participate in nursing in a reasonable way. In nursing activities, nurses can explain nursing contents to patients/family members, put forward suggestions, encourage patients/family members to participate in nursing, and give timely support in the nursing process, so as to increase the participation of patients/family members and lay a foundation for future nursing.

3. Strengthen nursing training: Nurses should strengthen nursing training in order to better master nursing skills, understand nursing contents more accurately, and take effective nursing measures according to different situations, so as to better help patients/family members participate in nursing and improve their nursing ability.
