(6) Pre-job comprehensive evaluation: an evaluation team composed of members of the hospital specialized nursing management committee, department head nurses, district head nurses and teaching teachers will conduct theoretical examination and skill operation evaluation on night shift nurses, and evaluate other clinical abilities (mainly conducted by the specialized teaching teachers, and the evaluation contents include: focusing on communication skills, specialized knowledge and skills, collecting and sorting out disinfection and isolation knowledge, aseptic technology, and mastering the operation skills of medical education network. The skill operation assessment score is not less than 85 points, and the theoretical examination and other clinical ability assessment scores are not less than 80 points. Those who have been approved by the specialist nursing management committee can independently work as night nurses.
