The training of backbone teachers in just two days is over. As a young teacher, I have gained a lot and felt deeply. In the process of carrying out the spirit of the new Outline, the art education brought by Mr. Li Yuanchang made me establish a new and correct educational concept; The wonderful speeches of two excellent teachers in the city made me feel the role change under the guidance of the new curriculum reform; Teacher Sun Liquan said that "rambling on basic education under the background of new curriculum reform" made me feel the fresh breath of new curriculum reform. So, my ideas have changed a lot again. I think the spirit of the new curriculum reform is like sunshine, shining on everyone related to it. Let me talk about my experience from two points:

First, promote the professional development of teachers.

In the past, when we were in school, we studied various laws of science and education. The teacher also told us that in your future work, we should integrate theory with practice in order to apply the teaching methods we have learned to practice. But when it comes to work, I seem to feel that the teaching methods I have learned are basically useless.
