1. Reservation for business travel: air tickets are booked by Li Mengyue, and companies that have not booked air tickets by Li Mengyue are not allowed to reimburse them. Special circumstances require approval (General Ge and General Lan), and you can buy other means of transportation by yourself. Please take care of your ticket. If you lose it, you can't reimburse it. Only half of the application for writing a white note can be reimbursed. Ticket purchase standards are in accordance with company regulations.
2. Reimbursement: Post "Travel Expense Reimbursement Form" to reimburse transportation expenses, and post "Expense Certificate" to reimburse daily necessities, meals and rent. In the transportation column of the travel expense report, only planes, trains and long-distance buses, such as taxis and airport buses, are written, and the booking fees are written in the local fares and others. If there is a taxi, a taxi list should be submitted.
Education and training are all expenses directly incurred by each unit in training, including accommodation, meals, training venue fees, lecture fees, training materials fees, transportation fees and so on.
