After the training, the training effect will be tested through the examination, and employee training files will be established.
2. Policy and regulation training: It is planned to be carried out during the preparation and renovation. The main training contents are Drug Administration Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Drug Administration Law, Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Drug Circulation, and Standards for Certification, Inspection and Evaluation of Quality Management Norms of Drug Retail Enterprises. Arrange training for two hours a day for each topic, and the training method is a combination of self-study and discussion.
Three, quality management system, job responsibilities, operating procedures training, plan to receive the "Pharmaceutical Trading License" during the trial operation, combine theory with practice synchronously, arrange the training time of each system (job responsibilities, operating procedures) 1 class hour, * * * needs 38 class hours, through training, master the key points, main points and work-related requirements of pharmacy, and engage in pharmaceutical trading correctly and cautiously according to the system. The training method is to explain and analyze the system with records, discuss the key points and difficulties in the implementation of the system, and correctly understand the significance and role of operating according to the system in drug management, maintenance, acceptance and recording.
4. Training on ADR knowledge and accurate reporting of ADR cases: it is planned to be conducted after the official opening of business, and the training time is 4 hours. The training method is to hire professional technicians to explain. Through training, we can correctly grasp and understand the concept, definition, significance and reporting method of ADR. Through training, employees can always remember the word "ADR" to prevent the occurrence of ADR events.
5. Training on knowledge of adverse drug reactions and accurate reporting of cases of adverse drug reactions: The training of this project is carried out at any time in daily operation. Through training, employees can correctly understand and standardize the classified management of pharmacies, strengthen the introduction of new drugs, master the usage and dosage of new drugs through mutual learning, recommend the reasons for drug use, and enhance the feedback and user opinions on the efficacy of new drugs through user visits.
6. Log in to the State Food and Drug Administration through the Internet to obtain the latest information on drug supervision and the product quality trends in the drug market, adjust the purchase and sale of drugs in pharmacies, investigate and clean up the drug quality problems released by drug supervision, and ensure that pharmacies provide users with excellent drugs and quality services.
Seven, actively participate in various drug supervision conferences, timely grasp the key points of drug supervision, and cooperate with drug supervision departments to do a good job in pharmacy operation and quality management.
