The first step is to go to the industrial and commercial bureau to approve a name for your store. If approved, the Administration for Industry and Commerce will issue a Notice of Pre-approval of Names, and then the necessary procedures for obtaining a business license are as follows:

1. Copy of valid ID card of the operator.

2. One-inch photo of the operator.

3. A copy of the valid family planning certificate of the operator.

4. The lease contract of business premises shall be filed.

5. Original name pre-approval notice
