Level 4.

The certification of registered human resource managers in China is managed by the professional qualification certification center, a specialized agency under the China Human Resources Development Research Association. The certificate of "Registered Human Resource Manager" has been cancelled (20165438+1October 22nd, the State Council issued "the State Council's Decision on Cancelling a Batch of Professional Qualification Permits and Accreditation Matters" (Guo Fa [2016] No.5), and 6/KLOC-including registered human resource managers was cancelled. What we are talking about here is "registration", not "enterprise human resource manager" in the national unified examination.

The fourth level, enterprise human resources manager:

1, continuously engaged in this occupation 1 year or more.

2. After formal training by the human resources manager of the enterprise of this occupation level 4, and reaching the required standard hours, obtain the certificate of completion.

The third level, enterprise human resources manager:

1. After obtaining a college degree, he has been engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years;

2. After obtaining the undergraduate diploma, he has been engaged in this occupation for more than 1 year;

3. Master degree or above;

4. After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the human resource manager of the enterprise of this occupation level 4, he has been engaged in this occupation for more than 4 years continuously;

5. After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the human resource manager of the fourth-level enterprise in this occupation, he has been engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years continuously, and has been trained by the human resource manager of the third-level enterprise in this occupation to reach the required standard hours, and has obtained the certificate of completion.

6. Have been engaged in this occupation for more than 6 years continuously.

Level II, Enterprise Human Resource Manager:

1, having worked in this profession for more than 5 years after obtaining the undergraduate diploma;

2. After obtaining a master's degree or above, he has been engaged in this occupation for more than 2 years;

3. Have a bachelor's degree, obtain the professional qualification certificate of the human resource manager of the third-level enterprise in this occupation, and have been engaged in this occupation for more than 4 years.

4. Have a bachelor's degree, obtain the professional qualification certificate of the human resource manager of the third-level enterprise in this occupation, have been engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years continuously, have reached the required standard hours after the training of the human resource manager of the second-level enterprise in this occupation, and have obtained the certificate of completion.

5. Engaged in this profession for more than 13 years.

6. After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of human resource manager of the third-level enterprise in this occupation, he has been engaged in this occupation for more than 5 years.

7. After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the human resource manager of the third-level enterprise in this occupation, he has been engaged in this occupation for more than 4 years continuously, and has been trained by the human resource manager of the second-level enterprise in this occupation to reach the required standard hours, and has obtained the certificate of completion.

Level 1, enterprise human resource manager:

1. Those who have a bachelor's degree (including equivalent education), have been engaged in this occupation for more than 9 years, have reached the required standard hours after being trained by a first-class enterprise human resource manager, and have obtained a graduation (completion) certificate.

2 with a master's degree (including equivalent education), engaged in this profession for more than 6 years, trained by a first-class enterprise human resource manager to reach the required standard hours, and obtained a graduation (completion) certificate.

3. Those who have a doctorate (including equivalent education), have been engaged in this profession for more than 3 years, have been trained by a first-class enterprise human resource manager to reach the required standard hours, and have obtained a graduation (completion) certificate.

4. Those who have obtained the professional qualification certificate of the human resource manager of the second-class enterprise, have been engaged in this profession for more than 3 years, have been formally trained by the human resource manager of the first-class enterprise to reach the required standard hours, and have obtained the graduation (completion) certificate.

Human resource manager refers to a manager who has obtained the national professional qualification certificate and is engaged in human resource planning, recruitment and allocation, training and development, performance management, salary and welfare management, labor relations management, human resource legal affairs and so on.
