Every year, the number of applicants for the civil service examination is very large, and the competition for each position is as fierce as that in Spring Festival travel rush during the New Year. Many jobs even reached a competition ratio of several thousand to one. When you see these data, some of them are really invisible. Even if the competition is so fierce, there are still many people willing to go every year. Because the position of civil servant may be a lifelong pursuit for many people, it can also solve their own employment problems, so many young people choose to take the civil servant exam after graduating from college.
Many people still face the reasons of failure after many civil service examinations. Under the impact of this psychological situation and reality, many people choose to sign up for civil servant training courses in educational institutions, hoping to improve their chances of passing through the training courses.
Then a small partner came out and asked why all the teachers of civil servants came out to teach and didn't take the civil service exam.
In fact, I was skeptical about this question at first, and then I gradually understood this truth. There are actually three very important reasons.
The first point: benefits.
Putting aside all concepts and the secular civil service examination and training industry, the only purpose is to make a profit. Only interest can lack people's most primitive internal motivation. Civil servants and teachers in these training institutions also go to their posts for welfare. Perhaps the most important point is that the income is relatively high, which makes these teachers despise the income of civil servants, so they will give up the iron rice bowl of civil servants and choose to be training teachers.
The second point: forced by reality.
Under the background of fierce civil service examination, many training institutions will naturally participate in the industry, hoping that they can share a piece of the action. The same is true of such individuals. Many people failed to be admitted to the civil service for several years in a row. Although I didn't get into the civil service, there are still some reasons for my failure. Therefore, a considerable number of people will go to training institutions as training teachers and share their many years of examination experience with students, which can not only obtain higher income, but also solve their own reality.
Third: there is no advantage in civil service positions.
Anyone who has studied economic law knows the 28 th Law. Some civil servants earn less money than training teachers, such as township civil servants and village cadres. After being admitted to these grass-roots posts, many people find that their income is far less than that of their classmates who are teachers in training institutions, so they will have the idea of resigning and choose to leave the civil service industry to be training teachers, which can not only solve their income problems, but also make themselves out of the environment at that time.
Therefore, in this interest-oriented society, many people and institutions have formed the current educational administration personnel training industry, which makes us see some confusion and irrationality.
