Training plan: trust retreat
A team member stood on the platform of 1.6 meters, and a group of teammates met in five groups under the stage. Standing on the 1.6-meter-high platform and lying down without any worries requires not only courage, but also full trust in the contestants. Only by trusting your partner and your collective can we have a sense of belonging and responsibility to the collective, and the players under the stage should also have the spirit of unity and cooperation and have the courage, confidence and responsibility to undertake the above players. This project has cultivated mutual trust among colleagues and strengthened emotional communication among colleagues.
Training program: delivering books by post office
The coach explained the rules of the game in detail after four teams, such as Burning Passion, Eagle Flying, Steel Company and above, entered the hall and sat down. The whole training hall was silent, and the coach handed some figures to the last player in each column, demanding that the information be passed to the previous players in the shortest time, and then written on the designated blackboard. Time and accuracy are crucial. There are always four rounds. In the process of information transmission, we need to transmit gestures accurately and move very quickly. This project made us realize the importance of communication and the accuracy of the implementation process. Training plan: escape wall
Facing the life and death of our teammates, we don't have any tools, we can't make a sound, and we must escape from the predicament as quickly as possible. Everyone has to climb a 4.5m vertical wall. At first, everyone thought it was a difficult and dangerous task, and it was estimated that it would take one and a half hours to complete. Now, with the cry of the coach, the whole activity is carried out in the majestic Song of the Armored Division. Although it was two fouls at first, our team "didn't abandon, didn't give up and didn't complain". In the end, more than 80 teammates completed the whole journey for 9 minutes and achieved success.
After the activity, all the players cheered for their wonderful performance and that of the team. At that moment, the scene was exciting and many players shed tears of joy. First of all, I would like to thank several teammates who stepped on their shoulders. Sweat and sand were covered with clothes, and their shoulders were covered with red blood. Their dedication and dedication have brought the success of the team. We should be grateful. Without them lifting us over the high wall with their shoulders and hands, our team would not have succeeded. When we climbed the survival wall, I was deeply moved by the spirit of being a ladder. In order to complete the task of the team, we must strictly abide by discipline, unite and cooperate, which is the premise and guarantee for successfully completing the task of the escape wall.
Through a series of outward bound training, such as teaming up, trusting back wrestling, passing books at post stations, and escape walls, I was deeply touched and gained a lot. This is not only the expansion training of our physical quality, but also stimulates our potential, which makes our soul sublimate as never before. Two days of outward bound training inspired me a lot. We should go beyond what we think and turn the spiritual motivation in the expansion activities into reality. Setting goals is just a process and spur, and our ultimate goal is to surpass ourselves and our goals.
Chapter II: Experience of Shiyan Lake Outward Bound Training First of all, I am very grateful to the company for providing me with a platform to show myself and improve myself, and organizing us to go to Shiyan Lake for outward bound training. Although this time is not long, I have benefited a lot here, and all my comrades have no age difference. There is no division of responsibilities; There is no gender difference, and here we seem to have returned to an unforgettable childhood.
When we arrived at the training center, it was a good place for leisure with beautiful scenery and pleasant scenery. Of course, our purpose this time is not to appreciate the scenery, but to help enterprises and organizations stimulate the potential of employees, enhance team vitality, creativity and cohesion through innovative and unique training, so as to enhance team productivity and support enterprises to move from entrepreneurship to growth, from growth to development, and from development to sustainable management. After handing out camouflage uniforms, the instructor told everyone to get dressed in 15 minutes, and then gather in the playground. The two-day outward bound training officially began. In these two days, we will carry out a series of project training such as giant's footsteps, fairy's direction, dragon boat race, CS mine battle and graduation wall.
I think what impressed me the most was the fairy guide project, and each of us was blindfolded. Only the last person standing in the line is the only one who is not blindfolded and is called a "fairy". Of course, this man is the guide of our whole team. When our eyes are blindfolded, the instructor needs the first person to find the pre-placed target, and through the guidance of the last fairy, we can find the target to complete the task in the shortest time. When I was blindfolded, I was not used to it. Often step on the air, stumble, and pass all the information behind to the comrades in front. In this way, we virtually gave our teammates a sense of trust and responsibility. The instructor said that we were spinning around in the same place, and later we completed the task through everyone's efforts. Through this project
Training, let me understand the meaning of the team, there is no perfect individual, only a perfect team, team cooperation lies in mutual trust, only through sharing weal and woe, common development, mutual cooperation and mutual help in the work, only in this way, the team can succeed, and also tell me that those friends who are eager for a better future are very persistent, and they will always need help from others.
There is another project that is of far-reaching significance to me, that is, crossing the broken bridge. This is just a project that our young lady challenges herself. Under safety measures, we have to cross the broken bridge and come back, and then stand aside with our feet. When I was about to cross the first step of the broken bridge, I felt scared. I suddenly shrank my legs back and didn't dare to look down. But when I heard my comrades shouting "Come on" below, I had new hope in my heart. Through this project. This made me realize that in our life, we may encounter many opportunities. Only dare to challenge ourselves and take the first step bravely, then maybe we can firmly seize our own opportunities, details determine success or failure, and attitude determines everything.
Especially the last project that touched me the most was the graduation wall. The coach simulated a scene for us, that is, on a ship, the ship hit a rock while sailing at sea, and the ship got into the water, and all the people were in the cabin. Just when everyone was at a loss, someone found a hole where they could go out, but they had to climb over a 4.5-meter-high fence to survive. What can I do to get the whole team over? The coach also told us that our former colleagues only took 9 minutes, and there were more than 30 people. We were given 12 minutes this time. I was thinking, how is that possible? In everyone's discussion, our climb began. Several strong men are holding the ladder below, and two people are standing in the middle. After they took those two people,
On it, we ladies were dragged one by one. Everyone Qi Xin worked together in less than 7 minutes, leaving only one colleague, but how could he get up alone? Finally, we put down a colleague and let him catch this man's foot, but when he was about to go up, this man had no strength and couldn't catch it, but he didn't give up. Instead, he grabbed the man's foot above him and crossed it hard, and finally succeeded. We were all saved. At that moment, we all applauded warmly, and the whole time was 8 minutes and 30 seconds. This project makes us realize that we have won and we have not flinched in the face of difficulties. As long as everyone is united and Qi Xin works together, we will surely overcome all difficulties. This is our team, an invincible team!
After two days of a series of activities, each of us showed our true feelings about the world to varying degrees, and also made me more deeply realize that as a member of the collective, only by integrating ourselves into the team, having an accurate positioning of ourselves and giving full play to our due role can the team succeed. As a party activist, I have the responsibility and obligation to work hard for the development of the company and the hotel and take the lead in doing something. Although the training was a little hard, everyone thought it was worth it. Thanks to this outward bound training, we have the opportunity to get close to nature and get in touch with some original things. I hope we can carry out some similar intentional activities that can exercise our will and enlighten our hearts.
Finally, I wish our company prosperity!
Chapter 3: Shiyan Lake Outward Bound Training Experience Shiyan Lake Outward Bound Training Experience It has been several days since I came back from Shiyan Lake, but I am still full of emotion and warmth when I think of those short days. In Shiyan Lake, which is surrounded by mountains and rivers, everyone trains together, attends classes and communicates together, and each team is working hard for its own goals. All this is like going back to my student days, free and easy, connecting my impetuous heart, as if I had stopped in a hurry, calmed down, savored the people and things that happened around me but didn't seem to pay much attention, and experienced the inspiration brought by the dribs and drabs in my life. Most of the trainees are stationed in small stations along the route, cold and lonely, and they are very excited to get together this time. In just five days, it is a very fast process from strangeness to familiarity. Even if I am not good at words, I seem to have jumped out of the quiet and introverted circle. It seems that I have to pour out all the joys and sorrows I didn't know who to share with before, and I can't wait to tell people. We talked about all kinds of pressures in our work and life, and also made fun of the boring and lonely trifles we encountered.
Listening to the efforts and persistence of others, I suddenly found that my little setbacks seemed too insignificant. On the road of growing up, I am not alone, we are all of the same age. Some people say that life is like a trip, you don't have to care about the destination, what you care about is the scenery along the way and the mood of watching it. Looking back over the past two years, I seem to have been walking, but I seldom think about where I am going, whether I have deviated from the direction, and I just keep being pushed by the big hand of time. In the beautiful scenery of Shiyan Lake, I temporarily forgot the inexplicable pressure in my work and life, quietly thinking about every project I experienced, and trying the thrills that I didn't have the confidence and courage to try. I learned a lot.
I still remember that when I was late for the meeting, everyone was collectively punished for squatting and standing. In the "leadership style", backward team leaders were punished for doing push-ups. I deeply realized the word "responsibility". Everyone should have a sense of responsibility, and different roles bear different responsibilities. We all have our own positions in the station, and we have all done big or small mistakes. Some things may pass under criticism, and some may lead to your boss being scolded or even standing all over the station. Many consequences may be beyond our personal responsibility. Therefore, each of us must be responsible for our actions. Persistence and giving up, I never thought this was a problem before, especially in games. I always thought that persistence would lead to failure and giving up, which never occurred to me. But in the game of "leadership style", I was awakened by someone. 3 seconds 50, the whole team counted off from 1 to 30. I think it is too difficult to do it, but I don't know what to do. I didn't know and didn't have the courage to give up, but someone did it and made it clear what they thought. Giving up is also a kind of courage.
I feel that I am beyond my ability and the cost of failure is too high. I bravely say no and think about it carefully, but I feel very rational. But in our working life, it seems that few people can be so rational and brave. We all need this courage! Rational personal orientation, the whole training, runs through this point all the time. For example, when selecting a team leader, he needs to have certain organizational and communication skills. For example, the first person to climb the "graduation wall" must have great arm strength to climb it, and he must also pull his companions behind him. People with weak arms are not suitable to go. We all have our own ideals when we leave school to work. However, there is a gap between ideal and reality. There may also be a gap between personal abilities and ideals. What kind of role you are suitable for and what kind of work you are engaged in has a great relationship with your personality and ability.
We should all analyze ourselves rationally and position ourselves properly, so as to avoid detours in the future growth process. The last thing I want to say is trust, which is my experience in "trust falling back" Believe in yourself and your peers. Trust crisis is a new word that appears frequently in recent years. It seems that the more society develops, the more distrust and insecurity among people become stronger and stronger. How can I trust others? Sincerity touches people, and people feel it. Only sincere communication between people can rebuild and enhance trust and trust each other. I have benefited a lot from this training, both at work and in life. After all kinds of projects, everyone is free to share their feelings and speak freely. I think it is the biggest highlight of this activity. Thank you very much for giving us such an opportunity to communicate and grow together. I hope that all of us can apply the spirit of expansion and enlightenment to our work and life, and jointly create a better future.
