How to test the certificate of enterprise manager
Enterprise management can take the qualification certificate of enterprise trainer. Enterprise training qualification certificate is divided into three grades, namely:

1, assistant enterprise trainer, who meets one of the following conditions can apply for the exam (national vocational qualification level 3)

Have a bachelor's degree (or equivalent), have completed one year's internship, have received formal training for the standard hours specified by this major at this level, and have obtained a graduation (completion) certificate.

Have a college degree (or equivalent), have been engaged in vocational training for 3 years, have received formal training of standard hours specified by this major at this level, and have obtained a graduation (completion) certificate.

2, enterprise trainers, who have one of the following conditions can enter oneself for an examination (national vocational qualification level 2)

Have a master's degree, have been engaged in vocational training for 3 years, have reached the standard hours of formal training in this occupation and at this level, and have obtained a graduation (completion) certificate.

Obtain a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and have been engaged in vocational training for 5 years.

Have obtained the professional qualification certificate of the professional assistant enterprise trainer for 4 years, received the formal training at this level and reached the required standard hours, and obtained the graduation (completion) certificate.

3, enterprise senior trainer, who has one of the following conditions can enter oneself for an examination (national vocational qualification level)

Obtained a doctorate, engaged in vocational training for 4 years, reached the standard hours of formal training at the same level of this major, and obtained a graduation (completion) certificate.

Have a master's degree and have been engaged in vocational training for 7 years.

Have a master's degree, have obtained the professional qualification certificate of enterprise trainers in this major for 3 years, have reached the standard hours of formal training at this level of this major, and have obtained the graduation (completion) certificate.

Have a bachelor's degree (or equivalent), have obtained the professional qualification certificate of the professional enterprise trainer for 4 years, and have obtained the graduation (completion) certificate when the formal training reaches the prescribed standard.
