Second, the training content
(1) teaching theory: four courses: higher education, higher education psychology, introduction to higher education laws and regulations, and professional ethics cultivation of college teachers.
(2) Teachers' professional quality: starting with moral cultivation, focusing on the professional development of young teachers, and aiming at the needs of the professional quality structure of college teachers, a special lecture was held around "teaching quality, scientific research quality, moral cultivation, career, humanistic quality and personnel system reform".
(3) Teaching practice: Each department should organize every new young teacher to attend classes, prepare lessons and give lectures. According to the requirements of teaching practice in the Record Form of Pre-service Training Class for College Teachers in Hubei Province, make a good record of trial teaching. It is necessary to identify a professional tutor for each young teacher and help young teachers adapt to the change of roles as soon as possible through mentoring.
